creeps back into fanfic as if I never left*

So. I’ve just returned from an unintentional four year break. Let’s have a refresh of the profile shall we?

My CV says I’m an analyst, but I really spend my day herding cats, rolling my eyes, and enjoying my comfy chair.

Free time is still a myth.

I've been around fanfiction for about 10 years. I started falling off the face of the earth when I started uni. I haven’t logged into this account since I was 19, but I’ve been lurking around offline. My own stories are a complete bombscare. I’m refraining from looking in that section as it reminds me of my email inbox and that’s a task for another day. I always said I'd never abandon them completely, but let’s not make promises I won’t keep! All the stories are still on my hard drive of my old laptop. Unfortunately, that particular piece of equipment gave up the ghost a while ago! I’m still working on getting everything off there, mostly because I have photos!

In my time away I’ve:

- switched degrees, graduated, completely changed my field of interest

- got a ‘real’ job and I can’t tell you the last time I worked less than 40hrs a week

- got engaged, bought a house, and had a baby

- made good on my ‘travel the world’ goal. All you need to keep going is a good baby carrier :)

So, now that thats out of the way...welcome to my little corner of fanfiction. I’ll be dropping in and out irregularly.
