I love: Anime (No Game No Life, One Piece, and Fairy Tail (except the end that made me disappointed) are among a very few), reading (why I'm here duh), writing (I am in the process of starting my own original series), Hockey (I'm Canadian can I help it?), chocolate, cats, DRAGONS, friendly debate, stuffing my face during movie/anime marathons, going on adventures with a select few, driving my four-wheeler, riding my horse, and other things that make my best friend think I'm a dude in a woman's body.

I dislike: Dogs who slobber and bark annoyingly, tofu, most seafood, and people who insult others and their beliefs simply because they disagree

Anyway, I'm here more than I'm at school so if you want to message me asking for suggested reading material or giving me suggestions on what I should read, go right ahead.

Who am I?

I am the girl... Who went to her brown-belt grading instead of her prom. I am the girl who can barely speak even to people I know. I am the girl who spends most of her free time reading and writing, but also fighting, climbing, and other things most people consider unladylike. I am the girl people call weird or a freak, to my back and to my face. I am the girl who doesn't go on Instagram, or Snapchat, or Twitter, and who doesn't have a thousand Facebook friends. I am the girl whose sole relationship started and ended with a game of Dungeons and Dragons. I am the girl who has to climb every rock and tree, who runs around without a coat in the winter, and goes out in the forest to sing in the rain.

I am the girl who has learned to take pride in all this. Who knows that "weird" or "insane" can be a compliment, who takes things slow and takes pride in tradition and loyalty over innovation. I am the girl who takes pleasure in doing something just because I can, whether or not society says it's what a girl should do.

I am the domestic-violence survivor who found the support system grow suddenly cold and distant when they found out my abusive partner is also a woman.
I am the domestic-violence survivor who has no support system to turn to because I am male.
I am the father who has never hugged his son because I grew up afraid to show affection to other men.
I am the home-economics teacher who always wanted to teach gym until someone told me that only lesbians do that.
I am the man who died when the paramedics stopped treating me as soon as they realized I was transsexual.
I am the person who feels guilty because I think I could be a much better person if I did not have to always deal with society hating me.
I am the man who stopped attending church, not because I don't believe, but because they closed their doors to my kind.
I am the person who has to hide what this world needs most, love.
I am the person who is afraid of telling his loving Christian parents he loves another male.

I am the girl that doesn't go to school dances, or games, and when I do go, I sit in a corner and read a book. I am the girl that people look through when I say something. BUT I am also the girl who knows and is proud to be who she is, doesn’t care if people call her weird (it's a compliment),who loves reading and writing and doing the things that no one seems to have the time to do any more, who loves and is obsessed with a lot of things, who can express herself better with words than actions, who doesn't need a guy to complete her, and knows the importance of the little things.
