![]() Author has written 2 stories for X-overs, and Devil May Cry. Well, hello there! My name is...ah, I really can't give you my true name now can I? Isn't that how demons are banished or how to bind them? You can call me Rysenberg. I don't want to end up as someone's personal sex slave ;) now, would I? I will give you some FAQs about me but common knowledge only; as well as some AFQs. Gee, I sound like a celebrity. Pfft! Why Rysenberg? Well, I like how European names sounded back in the medieval era, so I tried constructing a name that makes you think of a knight, a claymore, adventure and nobility. My age? You can say I'm well past my teenage years but I prefer to think of myself as a young man. My location? I suppose there is no harm in letting people know my home country. I currently live in the Philippines. So you are a Filipino? I guess so. It's actually hard to tell. You see, given my country's history, our culture has been a mixing pot of Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, American, Chinese, Arabian, Japanese and maybe a sprinkle of Indian. My bloodline is combination of a quarter each of American, Chinese, Spanish and the real Filipino (Malays). What do you do for a living? I work for a private company which is a branch of a publishing house based in California that provides investment newsletters (you know...the stock market?) and we act as it's arm for customer service. It's a good enough paying job but I won't say no to a billion dollars or at least something better for an income. What are your hobbies? Finally! Something less sensitive. There's a lot actually. But if we're talking about things I love to do to pass the time then here is a list:
Do you have a dream? I HAVE A DREAM! AND THAT DREAM IS WORLD DOMINATION! What are your plans for the future? I actually have a kid as my fiance is pregnant (Will have to update this profile once the kid is born though. Ugh!) and I plan to make everything stable so I can also do other things such as updating my Fan Fiction library. What made you discover Fan Fiction? I'm a Warhammer 40,000 fan. Of the lore and video games though as I can't afford the actual table top pieces (T_T) and I tried Googling (Heh!) some random stories based on the aforementioned classic game. And behold! I found a golden but unfinished masterpiece entitled "The God of Death" by Tyrant of the East. It was about a Shpesh...I mean...Space Marine of the Death Specters Chapter finding himself in the world of Warcraft. It was a story of epicness about never bringing a sword or a club, whether you're from the Horde or the Alliance, to a fight when your opponent is a seven foot tall, genetically enhanced, war hardened, fanatical and racist superhuman who is armed with a chainsword (Yes! It is!) and a Bolter rifle that fires rocket propelled bullets that explode in your face. Plus add in the harem factor added in just like some anime that I know and hilarity ensues. Sadly, this story looks to have been abandoned by its author. i had no choice but to browse through other content this venerable website had to offer and was no disappointed. What inspired you to write your own fictional piece? Why? But the number of aspiring writers who have contributed to Fan Fiction of course! It was because of you guys that I'm writing my own and help me bring to life my crazy imagination. Who is your favorite Fan Fiction writer? No one in particular for the moment. What is your favorite Fan Fiction piece? The Darkest Void by Lord Mendasuit. It is a crossover that tells the story of Negi Springfield from the Negima! Magister Negi Magi by Ken Akamatsu who is an already grown up wizard-turned-demon/child prodigy and been summoned into the world of Familiar of Zero by Eiji Usatsuka whose story tells of a magical noble girl but with no talent in magic. More of a fan service, really. Who is you favorite fictional character based on a book? That would be the former marine/former spy/former CIA analyst/current U.S. President Jack Ryan from Tom Clancy's original line up of novels. He's a head strong but highly intelligent character who never discarded his morality in a world filled with sneaky spies, murderous assassins, scheming politicians and terrifying terrorists. Who, then, is your favorite fictional character based from comics? Na na na na na na na na na, Batman! Not only do I like him because he's the goddamn Batman, its the man behind the mask that impresses me. He's determination and unbreakable will are what made him who he is. He's at the top of human capabilities. Not to mention the good looks and money. Who is your favorite fictional character from a video game? I'd choose Dante from Devil May Cry created by Hideki Kamiya and published by Capcom. The first DMC I played had marionettes, corpses who were made into puppets and then possessed by demons. As a kid, this freaked me out. Dante, however, was the type who grinned from ear to ear while facing such nightmarish ghouls and would even taunt them to their face before proceeding slice and dice his demonic enemies into silly sashimi a with such style, I might add. He was also partially the inspiration I got for one of my fan fics. Well, that's enough for now! I'll update these questions in the future if I have to. Below is my list of faves, likes and hates but only for those categories that matter and helps build my charm!
