I am a human author, with real human skin. I am definitely not a shoggoth manipulating a keyboard with my many glistening pseudopods.

A few things:

- "I really liked x idea or character! Can I use it for my fic?" Absolutely! Please remember to give credit where credit is due though. Fanfiction is by nature writing someone else's work, but we MUST give due credit.

- I will almost never follow the stations of canon. I've read canon. You've read canon. I don't need to regurgitate something you've already seen, and no interest in doing so. If I ever follow the stations of canon in a story, it means someone has locked me in a basement and would you please call the police already!

- Constructive criticism is VITAL to growing as a writer. You, as the reader can help me improve by pointing out any issues you might have with a work. If I typo something, or the grammar in a section is confusing, let me know. If a character seems out of character, discuss it. If you have suggestions or ideas to improve my writing for a particular work or chapter, shout them out.

- Generally, anything I post here is a repost from Spacebattles, where I post under the account name Ziel. If you don't use SB, or don't have an account there, everything I post on FFN is on Ao3, under the profile 'Ziel.'
