Sequel of Saikyoudai no Matsuri, Yoshi gagal membuat Hiruma untuk pindah bersama keluarganya di Amerika, karena itu adalah kemauan Hiruma sendiri untuk tetap tinggal di Jepang bersama Mamori dan teman-temannya. Yuuya memerintahkan para bawahannya termasuk militer untuk menangkap orang yang telah menghasut putranya, kehadapannya. Yoshi berada di pihak Yuuya dan si kembar Yuki berada di pihak Hiruma.
