As we can see, it's been a good six years since I've made any sort of update to this account.

All I can say is that life completely took over. I started uploading fanfiction here when I started my secondary school years. I'm now working on my master's thesis. It really puts things into perspective when this timeline is taken into account. When I read my old works, I find myself both amazed and cringing at the same time. I really do admire my rather developed diction back then, but wince at the immaturity hidden within. More than ten years worth of life experiences have significantly changed the way I view and react to the world. I can say with certainty that my writing style and psychological priorities have changed, and this would be reflected in my current writing.

Which means that if there is any update to the stories already uploaded here, they will be revamped almost beyond recognition.

I will definitely still be around though. Too many ideas bouncing about in my head for me to quit (Re: addict; see above), and the more I learn, the more I want to spill it all out onto canvas.

So you haven't seen the last of me. I can promise that.

I figured that, after 5 months, I'd better write something here just in case someone thinks I've died of H1N1 or something (God forbid).

It seems that throughout my foray into authordom, I have been constantly making apologies and excuses. Well, here I go again.

My deepest apologies to loyal readers who have beared the pain of waiting for a new chapter. Earlier in June, the learning of my 7th language took more time and effort out of me than I had anticipated and before I knew it, I was in university. Then it was Quantum Mechanics, Nuclear Chemistry, Human Physiology, Principles of Human Nutrition, Statistics, etc day after day. I am currently enrolled in an international medical university and the workload is nearly twice the amount (I've honestly compared) than that if one studied locally. I am up to my forehead in work. I guess what I'm trying to say is that, no matter how much I love fanfiction, I will not indulge at the expense of my tuition. It will be disrespecting my parents and all the hard work I've put in over the years.

BUT DON'T PANIC! I am still doing this. Let it not be said that LoM abandons work halfway. A thousand heartfelt thanks to those who have endlessly supported me (you know who you are). And yes, my dears, I realize that leaving things for this long will make the cliffhanger stale. I will try to make up for it. ASAP.
