I am FriedMetaki.

I tend to spend a lot of my time reading and writing fanfics. I'm always writing something, but it takes me awhile to get stories out, so don't expect quick fic updates from me.

I'll mostly be writing pairing fics, of both het and slash pairings. I don't have a preference for pairings, if the characters involved have an interesting dynamic I'll write for it. I also enjoy both anime and cartoons, since I don't really see a difference between them.

Although my writing is still developing, a lot of my writing style often has a sarcastic tone to it as one of my friends put it. If you enjoy that sort of thing, maybe you'll enjoy my stories. Feel free to leave feedback on any of my stories, I always appreciate it.

Update 6-28-2012: I've decided that I may not actually post those Recess fics on this account, I'll just work on them for fun as inspiration strikes for them. However, I do have some Princess Tutu fics and other ones I started (like "They Call Me Sonic" and "Um, Please Be Mine?") that I'll be working on/posting here. As usual, my new fandoms are incredibly unpredictable and lately I've gotten back into Princess Tutu again. I swear, all I was doing was listening to some PT AMV's but then the series sucked me back in again! It's like a black hole!

On a serious note, I'll mostly be writing for Princess Tutu again and I really mean that this time. I know that so far I've been really notorious for starting fics that I never finish. A lot of the time I just end up losing motivation for them, which is a shame but it couldn't be helped. However, this time I'm going to be more strict with myself this time. In fact if that's what it takes, I'll keep watching Princess Tutu constantly to keep my interest in it so I can finish these PT fics.

And since some of these PT fics have OCs included in them, hopefully developing them will also prevent me from hopping to yet another fandom. Don't worry though, these OCs will not turn out to be Mary Sues. I hate those abominations so I'll be sure that they'll actually be well thought out. I'm also working on the Fakiru Week project too, which should help me get rid of any run ins with Writer's Block I might have while working on other stories.

I've also got another new chapter fic called "Chapter Of Rebirth" that I think will be quite interesting. It's set after the ending of Princess Tutu, but itll be different from the usual "Ahiru turns back into a girl!" fics. She'll turn human again in this one, just not only for the sake of Fakiru.

“Swimming Lesson” (WIP)
Summary: Sonic is a hedgehog that can handle just about anything, but trying to learn how to swim in time for Cream’s pool party this weekend? …Sonic’s gonna have to get back to the guys on that one. (Sonadow)

"Seven Special Moments" (Chapter One WIP)
Summary: The ability to recall every single memory is an ability that is granted to a very few select people. However, everyone has special moments with that certain someone that stand out more to them than anything else. Fakir and Ahiru can list off seven of them they had together at the drop of a hat. (Fakiru)

"They Call Me Sonic" (Chapter Three WIP)
Summary: For a long time, no one has ever been given a true answer behind Sonic's origins but the curiosity still remains. Why is he called Sonic? Why has Dr. Robotnik been after him for all these years? Why did he become a hero? This story's purpose is to attempt to answer those questions. (Warnings: AU!Origin, a few OCs, character deaths.)
