Author has written 10 stories for Hey Arnold, Slayers, Phineas and Ferb, and Trolls. Facts: A kid-at-heart female who loves to read, write, and sing, from New Hampshire, USA. More than anything in the world, I love to immerse myself in other worlds through stories. It doesn't matter to me if they're from TV or books, as long as the story is well-told. I also use my stories to explore the world, to heal, and to encourage myself and everyone else who wants to come along for the journey. :) Online names: Dreamsinger (here), DreamQuillRose on YouTube, Eloquent Quill on my Photobucket account, which has quite a few pictures that serve as illustrations for my Slayers fic, Only Stone on the Outside, including wonderful fan art that some of my loyal readers have contributed--much appreciated! On Amazon . com my reviews are under Gemseeker. I have a blog as well, Trolls Philosophy, where I'm known as Dreamsinger-rose (my real-life nickname is Rose). I love doing character growth analysis, movie and series reviews, and reblogging or posting cute Broppy pics and fanart. dreamsinger-rose . tumblr . com Favorite Genres: Science fiction/fantasy/anime with dashes of humor, drama and romance. Usually in the "young adult" age range, although the occasional rom-com strikes my fancy. Looking for Recommendations? (Updated 5/12/20) Favorite Music: Instrumentally, I love piano, harp, flute, and hammered dulcimer; also Celtic music. Vocally, I love upbeat, catchy songs with lyrics about love, hope and having fun, no matter the genre. I've bought and totally recommend the music to my beloved Dreamworks' Trolls and Trolls World Tour, including from the Holiday special, and the Trolls: The Beat Goes On TV series. One song in particular, True Colors, is one of the most endearing songs I have heard in literally decades. There's also the fun Trolla-Palooza short, and many others on YouTube. For a mix of genres, besides my absolute favorite group (Trolls-related music) try the fantastic (Phin-tastic?) world of Phineas and Ferb, whose wonderfully prolific creators write at least one short song per episode; most of which are incredibly catchy. At over a hundred songs now, I'm having fun learning them all! _ Best of all, they use just about every type of music imaginable, from rock to country to sea shanties to rap to Jamaican tunes to the blues to love songs to historical working-man 'chain gang' prisoner tunes, even hilarious TV jingle music.
