So far, I'm loving this story! You nailed Megamind's personality, and that stuff he said about never being born, that was tear-jerking. I didn't expect this to get so deep, but I'm loving it!

I hope you know I’m crying and I have cried several times throughout reading this. I also screamed at work, leading my coworker to ask what was up. My response was “A BUILDING FELL ON HIM” and I had to explain to him what I was reading. Reading this made me really emotional and I loved it. Thank you.

I personally think roxie and wayne together would have been way too cliche and im glad you went with janeen, while still giving roxie/mega vibes. Great work

So, uh I can't say I didn't see that coming, starting with Roxanne noticing Wayne's eyes growing colder and that capacity certainly existing. But its still a creepy ending! :) And I'm worried, sunshine and rainbows solution I entertained before included offering Scott, Minion and Roxanne a chance not to risk universe rebooting and come along, since there was no apparent damage to space and time with an exact copy of the same person running around, touching and whatnot. But what that covert plan would mean to the other Minion now? So sad to find actual rot and ruthlessness in him. :'(

Sorry! Sorry! Enjoying the story very much! Forgetting that power giving/extracting method from the failed 'Space Dad' plot, you've managed to give gravitas to the idea of what a deeply disturbing chaotic terror a Superman level entity run unchecked FOR DECADES could be. Minion is ADORABLE and respect worthy. Janeen I shipped immediately, although in this case its either her with Scott (or Minion. Yeah, I know, but so far I only witnessed her with him?.. No? Bromance?) blip out of existence in the reboot, or this Roxanne would be left alone and wistful? Looking forward to reading how you'll solve the Mayham Man's love for rampage and even more so now, unraveling of this cliffhanger.

What a wonderful end to a wonderful story. I enjoyed binge-reading it.

WOW! What a climactic ending! I just started reading this and I'm blown away. The dramatic escalation here was perfect! From the sinkhole in Scott Manor to the fight at City Hall and all the way to Sagittarius A* - the supermassive black hole's name - was PERFECTLY done. Best of all was the description of Mayhem Man getting sucked in, all confused at him somehow being defeated.

Amazing climax to an amazing story!

This. Is. AMAZING! It's the absolute BEST FAN-FICTION I'VE EVER READ!

AHA! I GOT IT! I have seen the writing on the wall! I could see the foreshadowing! Earlier in the story, Roxanne mentioned something about sapping Metro Man's powers away, and Megamind did he'd do it, but he was a hero now. Well bam! That's how he's gonna kill Mayhem Man! I actually put this story up for the night, and was almost asleep when it came to me. I say bolt upright, fingers snapping, going 'Oh! Oh!.' Not bad for a sleep-addled mind, eh? Anyway, can't wait to read the rest!

I have to tell you a guilty truth...
I jam packed this entire story in less than three days.

THREE.

That is NOT healthy for someone to do, but you, this story, all of, this *waves hands in air* it was amazing. You truly had me hooked on the edge of my seat, I was annoyed when I had to drop the story to get back to real life (which is, incomparably flat now) but found myself itching when my finger hovered the "next chapter" button to move along.

And then the worst happened.

There were no more chapters *gasp!*

And I had to slow my reading, to take in how everyone's lives were, for the better, changed after the whole Mayhem Man mishap.

True, it's a little unfair for the other Roxanne to get a taste of what her life would've been like had she married Megamind instead of Bernard, but I felt she handled it logically and with strong will.
Because I think I would not be able to control myself everytime Wayne came along.

But please! Don't stop, what you have going, man.

First off, I love that Megamind gave brainbots to Wayne, and yeah he maybe should find out where they're whisking trespassing journalists away. I liked the line: "What kind of 'perspective' were they giving out in that hospital?" What has happened to Bernard? That made me laugh. Very happy to see that Bernard has become more attentive to Roxanne, and that he and Wayne have become friends. They've all become friends. Thanks so much for giving us this glimpse into the lives of the people from the alternate timeline, it was lovely. They deserve a happy ending, a new beginning. Good luck with your next idea!

i feel so bad for this roxanne. I'd miss Megamind too. idk how she could have married bernard in the first place.

I can't believe it's all over! But i'm so glad they stayed friends after, though i'm sure the alternate Roxanne will miss Megamind more than she knows... they're meant for eachother in any universe!
