I am not very good at explaining this novel, and I would like it to speak for itself, however what I will say is that I love character build up, and the first in the series, Harbinger is no exception. This is where it all begins, and where everything escalates from, hence the subtitle of Harbinger. The characters are a whole new ball game. And the main character, the iconic gunslinger of the series, is either a hero, anti-hero or villain. You decide at the end of the adventure (or blood bath).

Also, the series will grow darker. I am a massive fan of these characters, Arden being my personal favourite. He’s very good at facing challenges and overcoming them without thought. To him situations are but a programmed obstacle, leaving him not even with a sense of achievement. In my eyes he is a dark villain who still has a heart, though his sense of justice is deeply perverted, and he wants death rather than avoids it. He also has a conflicted past that is mysterious as it is dark. Find out more about him in the book.

Things have seemed to have gone downhill for the IZ franchise. Most of what I have known is gone, and the people I used to know who were into this have moved on. The last time there was strength in the IZ community was in 2010.

Elite Black - 100% Complete

Genre: Action, drama, dark peril and horror

Cornered by ever increasing problems surmounting the small invader, Zim realizes he is on a downward slop. Earth is not being kind to him, in more than one way. Forced to confront these problems, he turns to an entirely different solution. To recreate himself. For what's better than one Zim, but two?
It's a shame it just doesn't work out.
Especially when there's none so evil as himself.

Rated: 15 for gore and angst and Zim with asthma

Saving Zim - 100% Complete:

My most complicated and lengthy fanfiction novel to date. And, in my opinion, the most heartbreaking. This originally was supposed to be only some 60/90 pages long and a side project after I completed Debacle. Then I married the sonofabitch. Now it's done, and I cried. And it haunted me for weeks afterwards. This will be the story I am retiring with, and it may be deleted upon completion. I haven't decided yet.

Story trilogy to; 'If Only I Could'

Adventure, sci-fi, fantasy, angst and horror

Started off as a vent oneshot then became something else. Having too much fun with this one. I always wanted to write more spacey sci-fi with these two.

Zim and Dib crash land on an enemy planet and effectively become completely stranded. Zim breaks his leg during the crash and it doesn't heal, and Dib can no longer rely on him as he always has in the past. Still using Zim's wisdom to seek a way off the planet, Dib has to find new courage, and overcome what's inside, even if it means leaving the Irken behind.

Under involuntary help from the Custodian, Zim is forced to confront his inner evil, and the malice of his own race.

excerpt:

“Zim. Zim, snap out of it! We’ve been through this! The Empire is a machine! A... a ruthless system that makes robots out of you! All of you! You are all just... parts of a greater whole! And they don’t want you seeing past that! It’s easier to kill an injured Irken, than to heal him! Easier to add him to the junk pile, than to repair his mind and give him a future when they can just dispense another soldier out of a tube! You wanna just sit here, and fucking give up? What about me? What about this blue toxic power in my hands? I can’t get rid of it without you! So are you going to do something, Zim, or are you just going to throw in the towel after everything we’ve been through?”

Zim gave him another one of his condescending looks that was somehow parental in its own way.

“You don’t even know what’s out there!” Dib continued, wondering if he was saying this for Zim’s benefit, or for his own. “There could be a city beyond this snow! Or forests, and rivers! A place to rest up and rebuild! We’ve been through hell Zim, and you are capable of everything! You build, you fix and you create! As do I! This is our test! And we are going to make it! You are not going to let those... Irken slave drivers tell you otherwise, you hear me, Zim? We are going to survive. It’s what we do.”

AS I was revisiting this old franchise on FFN I was disappointed to find that a lot of the original stories I used to read as a child have all been torn down, as they were caught in the witch-hunt of 17NC rated stories and they were never uploaded. And a lot of them were very dark, but fun and full of character. So it will be nice to tribute a little of my own stories into a genre that is now too thin.

The Dark of his Madness

This story one-shot was more of an experiment for me – a fun experiment. I’ve always wanted an interaction by Yugi and his Yami when the pharaoh was still a lunatic, and we never got that in the manga or in the anime. I also imagined too that because Yugi and Yami are so intricately linked, even back then, that if one were to suffer nightmares, the other would have them too. I do have a bit of a crush on an insane Yami. He is such fun to write, and to draw too I have found. XD Ra knows why. I am attracted to dangerous Egyptians I suppose.

Yami finds himself in an embarrassing situation. He has somehow made himself tiny. But he cannot remember how. Yugi and co.'s world gets turned upside down when they realize that there is no quick reversal. And was this all really just some nasty accident?
