Here you find the profile of a scientist as well as a writer. I have always been fascinated by the unknown, and the possibilities that linger beyond what is already known, something that fuels my writing of 'what if' stories. I am a long-time Star Trek fan, primarily of Voyager (which fostered my scientific curiosity) but also of The Next Generation and the other series. Among my other interests are the shows Fringe, Castle, Game of Thrones, Penny Dreadful, How to Get Away With Murder, Suits, and The Walking Dead.

I'm a sucker for dystopian fiction, drama, science fiction and fantasy. I love world-building as much as delving into the minds of the characters that reside there. I love weaving real scientific theories and ideas into my works, as I am a science student myself. There is something wondrous about discovering just how the universe around us works.

I've also found myself drawn into the world of video games on a few occasions, and hope to delve further into it. Having previously played the Bioshock and Sly Cooper games and recently completed the Mass Effect trilogy, I'm looking forward to exploring more worlds in many more games.
