I really like how you've personified Voyager in this and I think that it's really creative for the ship to have its own nicknames for the senior staff. Also, I really like how in-tune the ship is with the emotions of the crew (especially Janeway and Chakotay), it really gives the ship a sense of consciousness and awareness.

I absolutely love that you mentioned that Janeway talks to her ship; that is such a classic moment!

Spot-on! The bit about 'the Healers' confused me at first, but then I remembered that of course the ship would see its engineers as healers. The rest of the names were good as well. But my gosh, if even Voyager itself ships J/C, they should really get a move on ... :)
