I'm just someone who enjoys reading books and manga, watching soccer, playing video games, and occasionally watching anime. Oh and reading tons of fanfiction of all types.

Just because I love to promote it, my favorite video game series is probably Dragon Quest (with V being my favorite). If you haven't heard of it, it is a series of JRPGs, with fairly simple (though enjoyable!) gameplay. They generally have a traditional overarching story with a big bad to fight, but the best part of DQ in my opinion are the vignettes that are sprinkled throughout the games. Give one a try! Dragon Quest VIII for PS2 is still widely available and is a great introduction to the series.

If you're here looking for an update on "The New Regime", I'm sorry to say it is mostly abandoned (the last update was almost two years ago!). I say mostly because i do occasionally think about updating it. I've got two more chapters written and the complete outline done, but I discovered that while writing is easy enough, actually making something creative and interesting is hard! Congrats to all you fanfiction authors out there who manage it, you're all quite amazing in my eyes!

Anyway, if I decide not to update it further, I'll probably throw all the docs I have on it up on the web somewhere so those who are interested can at least see what was written and where I planned it to go in the future. If you're just dying to know now, PM me and I will send you just the outline.
