Hi my name is Christine. I love that my first name is the same as the Phantom of the Opera's main character. I fell in love with Phantom of the Opera when I watched Gerard Butler play it in the 2004 version. In my opinion, no one else can do a better job then he did portraying the Phantom. No one can do a better job then Emmy Rossum as Christine as well. They are the perfect pair.

I have heard Michael Crawford and Sarah Brightman play those characters and to me I didn't like them at all. Sorry for anyone who feels differently, but I really did not like their voices. I did like Ramin Karimiloo and Sierra Boggess singing those roles. I bought the 25th Anniversary DVD starring them and Ramin portrays the Phantom amazingly. Sierra is good too, but i think Emmy did a better job of portraying the innocence. Gerry and Emmy will always be the best in my eyes. Ramin and Sierra are a close second. I saw Norm Lewis play the role in NY last year and he was unbelievable!

I want to see Love Never Dies so bad, but I would never see Sierra and Ramin play the roles. I hope ALW makes it into a movie starring the same people from the 2004 film. That would make my life complete.

In my stories Gerard Butler will always be Erik (The Phantom) and Emmy Rossum will be Christine.

Erik: Gerard Butler's looks plain and simple, blue/green eyes, tannish skin, black hair slicked back, he won't have a wig. He will always have the deformity (either accident or born with it). It will look pretty similar to the movie version or sometimes I might make it more grotesque like on the stage or i might make it something of my own creation. He will be wearing the white half mask most of the time. The black one from Point of no Return will be used sometimes as well. I will not make him completely secluded and alone, he will have friends and possibly family before he meets Christine.

Christine: She will look just like Emmy Rossum with the long, curly brown hair and pale complexion. I might change her eye color from brown to blue depending on the story. She is an innocent girl ranging from 16-25 in the beginning. Meg will try to get her to be more out there and fun. They are best friends and are both very curious and adventurous at times.

Raoul: I don't really like Raoul so he will be the other man that doesn't deserve Christine and should end up with a nasty woman like Carlotta. He will be the handsome type and he knows it. Blonde hair, blue eyes. He is full of himself and thinks he can get any girl. When he has a girl in mind (Christine) he will do anything to get her.

Meg: Meg will always be a loyal friend to Christine. She is her best friend and they are almost like sisters. She has long blond hair and green or blue eyes.
