Whew. I favorited this fic at least a year ago, and just a few days ago decided to pick it up again and finish it!
This story was definitely one of a kind. There were points where the characterization of some characters (specifically Erik) and some plot points frustrated me, but in all I loved this fic so much. The way you portrayed Christine was so interesting, I found her pretty relatable, even if she was a lying manipulator in the first few chapters... I mean, i can’t blame her at all given her situation.
Anyways, I’m glad I gave this fic another chance. I’m also SUPER glad Erik turned out to not be Meg’s father and our two main characters got the happy ending they deserved!

This story was extremely powerful! Beautiful, sweet, but disgusting and horrible at the same time. I don't think I'll be able to read it again though, no matter how much I loved it.

I don't think I've read anything as intense. Very well written!

This is the first story that I found Christine being so bold and not innocent a tiny bit. What I meant was she slept with raoul (although only one time), lead Erik on (although her action can be deemed as justified), And now she sleeps with raoul (although he initiates first and it’s not her intention). Usually I think of the character Christine as someone innocent so in this story she is not to only some extent. It just shocks me.

The story is getting exciting. But how old is Erik in this story? If he mated w/ Claire and is the father of meg then he must be old. Perhaps too old for Christine. (*_*)

Christine ‘s willingness to bed w/ Erik in this chapter shocked me. She doesn’t love him. She cares for him but caring for a friend doesn’t mean u should bed a person.

Christine is soo wild in this story. Cant believe she would undress in front of a stranger. (*_*)

What century is this story on? At first, it seems like it’s sometimes during medieval/ feudal/ ancient time. Then in this chapter, Christine woke up and she was in her bedroom with computer... what the heck.

I think if you make Erik “more handsome” like having tall, muscular body and only deformed half face, it would be sexier than a corpse. Just an nice image to have if in one of the later chapters, Erik And Christine gonna have an “intimate scene.” Christine is a beautiful girl and having her “bed” a corpse seems pitiful for her. Just my thought.

I enjoyed this story. But I hate when the Christine personality forgives huge transgressions, like the whores and the humiliation oh being under his control, Erik’s rape of her while she was under her thrall (he said that in the story and did it when she came out of a trance). Doesn’t she worry about diseases, after all, syphilus has been around for millennia, even making Swiss cheese out of Harrod’s brain. Tsk, tsk Christine...such a doormat.

Well done! :-) I wasn't sure if we were going to get a happy ending or not - 'cause things (and Erik! Yikes!) got very scary there for a bit and I thought the damage done would be irreparable - but all's well that ends well. Btw - I thought Giselle got off way too easy: I was expecting Erik to really let her have it for how she purposely ruined that night for E&C. And I hated even more what Claire did - I'd have hated to see how she would've acted if she DIDN'T "love" Christine! I can't stand it when someone meddles in someone else's business without any consideration of what that other person wants. To hell with what Christine wanted; Claire had NO business or right to do what she did - what a mean, bitter and selfish old hag. But anyway - good story, and very well-written. Thank you! :-)
