Hey, I'm Hayley.

My life doesn't really contain much room for fanfiction anymore, but I hope you enjoy the stories and poems I wrote when it did. I still receive any and all reviews and messages happily. When I was 13 I wasn't an especially happy person - this website gave me a creative outlet, a safe space, and most importantly very special friends, when those were the things I needed the most. I don't know where I would be without it and although my life has moved on it will always hold a very special place in my heart.

The Important People

Emily: my first friend from FF, my best friend from always, my soulmate and my saviour.

Izzy: my sunshine, my inspiration, my call-any-time-of-day-or-night.

Hannah: my beginning and end, my forever and always, my constant since before memory began (no really I met this weirdo when we were 2).

Madi: the light of my life, my hearing-your-voice-makes-everything-better

Tay: the sad smile that makes people say "what are you thinking about?", gone but never forgotten.

Doug: the loss that didn't have to be, nothing ever changes - if you read this, I still miss you. There is a reason I will never disable my PM link, I'm waiting and it will never be too late.

Most of us have moved on, I guess, and it's easy to dismiss the time of our lives when this website was our everything, the bright spot among the craziness of teenage years. But I wouldn't be the same person without fanfiction, and I wouldn't have the same amazing people in my life.

I have never been, and will never be, anything but grateful.

(I also think I write slightly better than I otherwise would have. I wouldn't recommend reading the stuff near the bottom.)
