![]() Author has written 17 stories for NCIS. Hi! I'm Caos. I'm 20-something-year-old guy from the midwest (US). I'm pretty shy by nature, but if you can ever get me started, I tend to babble. See below. Woot. I'm new to the NCIS fandom. I just got hooked on the show when someone gave me a copy of the first season thinking that it was CSI:NY (which sadly I haven't ever watched, either, but they thought I was really into. I probably would be if I had the time to sit down and watch it, but...) So I decided to give the show a try and, yeah, I got sucked in pretty quick. I haven't seen all of the seasons yet, but have been working my way through. I'm a fanfictionaholic, but have so far tried not to read a whole lot of it until I can get caught up with the series. I'm really looking forward to going on a fanfic spree once that happens, so hopefully I'll get to know a bunch of ya'll when I start reading and reviewing your stuff. In the meantime, I've got a ton of story ideas rolling around in my head and have started posting a few of them. Honey and Almonds was my first completed fic, although the possibility remains that I will be writing a prequel and/or sequel to answer some of the questions I left hanging. Although "what happened" to lead to this story wasn't really the intent of this story, enough people are interested (me too, I haven't quite decided yet) to know. Dear Abby is a lot different than my usual style, but I couldn't resist having some fun with the relationship between Tony and Abby. I'm not generally a 'shipper of any sort for any fandom. And I'm not sure that I'd qualify myself as one here, either, but the relationship between Tony and Abby (be it friendship, brother/sister-ship, flirtatious buddies, or eventually something more) intrigues me. I'm not really a romance writer, but probably expect a lot of fics featuring these two from me. Acquired Tastes is my work in progress. I have a pretty solid plan for where it's going, but...then I saw a few episodes that have made me think I may want to re-think my original plan. I think I'm going to just keep going with it, but was rather dismayed to find out something kind of similar had actually happened. I think my twists will make it enough different to make it work, but...we'll see. sigh. Boy Meets Girl spawned from a challenge that required it to be less than 1500 words and center around a person waiting in line. It occured to me that it'd be really funny to do an entire relationship being played out--in the waiting line and in under 1500 words--which of course just had "Tony" written all over it as the main character. I had my doubts when I started it, but rather like how it turned out. Anyhoo, Now I've gone and babbled enough, so...happy ficcing! |
