I always find this an uncomfortable, sad and haunting read. To see how Tony has reached a point where his mental health is so damaged, and he feels that he no longer exists as his authentic self. Instead, it's his carefully crafted masks.

I want to see that he's ok, that in leaving NCIS he will recover, and find himself and with it flourish, but as someone who had a severe breakdown and lost their career as well as those they felt close to, i know just how hard it is to rebuild from ashes when your spirit is in tatters.

I would have liked to see a snapshot of Tony in 5years and seen what his life was like. Still, I know life isn't like that, and the stories would be the poorer if each were a 'happy ever after.'

Thank you for your stories which have powered up my imagination and transported me to many places, situations and outcomes.

Disturbing, but that means it was well-written. I figured Jeff was imaginary, but not that it was Jeffrey White. Nice touch with Tony claiming his ashes.

I was dissapointed in what you did with this to tell the truth. You ruined the family dynamic of the team! I liked the first part ok but then you had Tony leave and ruined The family! at least when Tony left on the show he left with Love for them. So did Ziva in a way. The others died that left so that doesn't count but the family dynamic of the team was never really messed with on the show. You always knew no matter what that they loved each other and had a feirce loyalty! I mean Ziva left without saying goodby but even then she was loyal to Gibbs and was leaving because of him. All that being said this story WAS well written. you are a good writer.

Tony leaves without any idea of what follows. Very uncertain.
And the stroke of the imaginary psycho ... he is a little crazy.
And I am sad.
This is the first story of this kind where I think it will not get away.

I sort of guessed Jeff wasn't real about half way through but I never would have guessed he was who he was. Really well written. Loved it

This is absolutely amazing. Very, very BIG WOW! I'm very into the idea of Tony walking away from this so called family. Talk about toxic.
This was beautifully done, peeling back layer after layer to reveal the truth. And Jeff was a really interesting twist that just made it all the more awesome.

That was sad. I hated that Tony left. Sad thing is I could totally see Tony doing soemthing like that. Taking Jeff's ashes and keeping them. He did say at least twice that he really liked Jeff, so I really could see him collecting Jeff's ashes if nobody else did.
