It's long overdue that I update my profile page.

More or less, I consider fanfiction "practice writing." By this, I mean any new techniques, forms, and concepts new to me are played around with here, before I feel confident enough to put them to use in my other, original works outside of fanfiction. Because of that, it might not be the highest quality of work, but I make it decent enough to publish here.

Currently, I'm working on a novel.

The quality of that writing and the quality of my fanfics are vastly different. I mostly use them as a purging of ideas. All in all, the fanfics are for fun. And my novel is for fun too, but in a different way.

The Dangerous Book for Boys

BASED AROUND THE BOOK, BUT NOT QUITE. JUST IN NAME. Annual book fair comes around, remember those? Buy a book, it's good for you. In the mist of things, TJ get's his hands on The Dangerous Book for Boys, a book written by a legend in pranks that makes him and King Bob look like amateurs. Welcome to hell, Third Street. It'll be a lot sweeter than it sounds.

I really want to write a horror fic, a true psychological horror. I want to drive one of them to the brink of insanity, and possibly push them over the edge. The problem is that I have no idea what it would be about. That one Episode, The Box, pretty much stirred this idea. I'd be willing to CO-Write, or simply listen to peoples idea's and thoughts about it.

Like No One Ever Was

Another 'Abandoned' Ash fic, I know. After reading several of these, I've seen that they all make the characters OOC like you wouldn't believe. I'm here to write one that doesn't. After his second loss at the Unova league, Ash heads home for some RnR, and to collect his thoughts. His friends, happy to know h gave it is all, is there to congratulate him despite his loss. His first day back and they suggest he look for another career, a more obtainable one. This is enough to refuel is need to be the champion.

Mario

I may or may not end up writing this Mario fic stirring around in my head. The idea is that a villain, much more threatening than those in the past arises. He comes in with a mysterious item that can turn any body with a pure heart into an absolute evil. During a party at Peach's caste, they ambush and take Peach, along with the Mario bros. (and maybe Bowser too). Rather than go the usual route of aiming for Peach, he goes for Mario, reasoning that if it were Peach, Mario would rescue her. With their hero turned villain, the task of saving him becomes that much more difficult. This may or may not include his partners from the first two Paper Mario games. I'm not sure about this fic. It's interesting, but I want to work out the details before saying I'll write it for sure.
