This has been one of the best stories I’ve read in a long time. I came looking for stories for my Toy Story nostalgia and I have definitely found a goldmine for it. From the chapter of Andy discovering that his toys could talk to the conclusion, it was a joy to read. Thank you for have written and finished it.

I hope this review gets to you, I am here, in 2020, reading this amazing fic all in one day, wow, this was such a wild ride, actual consequences making it feel real and a bittersweet end, just, I'm so glad to have been pointed to this fic, I really appreciate it more than you could ever know, and I loved every part, thank you, it was truly and amazing ride!

Okay, this chapter was a TOTAL Stand By Me reference... AND I LOVE THAT! That's one of my favorite movies of all time.

A truly fascinating storyline for an ever-engaging franchise; great job.
With the opening neatly establishing your timeline at a point basically mid-way between the second and third films, it’s intriguing to see how Andy’s moved on from most of his own childish things while retaining enough awareness to ‘encourage’ Molly not to grow up too fast, and even the twist of the wizard manages to not feel too out of place in the franchise (making allowances for the fact that we’re talking about a franchise where toys are sentient in the first place).
The addition of Alissa was an interesting contract to the witnessed likes of Sid and Andy, as she arguably has a ‘good’ reason for mistreating her toys even if outsiders can see that it doesn’t justify everything. The chain of events that led to Andy getting lost and eventually ending up in Warrick’s house/factory without his toys was all plausible thought out, drawing out the storyline without making it seem too forced, and you created an excellent balance between Warrick and Marvelo’s motives, with Warrick genuinely wanting to ‘help’ the toys where Marvelo just wants to basically punish the children.
Interesting touch with the references to Andy’s father, on the topic of motives; a brief appearance to acknowledge the fact that he doesn’t seem to have that much influence in his childrens’ lives, while still acknowledging his existence beyond what we’ve seen in the show. It also led into a rather sweet bonding moment for Woody and Andy, as they each reflect on their differing perspectives on Andy’s father and the extent to which they still actually ‘want’ him in their lives even after all the changes.
A slightly bittersweet ending, considering the consequences of the cure, but at least Woody and the gang got a chance to have one last playtime with Andy, and affirm the importance of their bond with each other even after Andy’s grown beyond the ‘need’ for them as a regular part of his life.
Any chance of some kind of follow-up to see Woody meeting Andy again in his new role as an ‘independent’ guardian for toys following ‘Toy Story 4’?

I'm glad you didn't just make her a clone of Sid. Too many fanfic writers go the clone route.

It would've been neater if you made it some kind of national phenomena or world wide due to ASB (Alien Space Bats) kinda like the Island Sea of Time effect. (ISOT). And see the effects of society when people are suddenly as small as Andy.

Electricity and the grid for the most part will run automatically without human aid as there will be less power use until some extreme temperature somewhere creates an overload but with less power usage it will make the weather conditions more extreme before issues happen. It's mostly computer controlled with humans there for manual overrides and power transferring for daily business deals.
