Greetings fellow readers and writers, I appreciate that you've taken the time to browse my profile page and check out some of my other stories. What you'll find here are stories that range from miscellaneous films, to t.v. shows, video games, and novels (and possibly other medias later on). Although I, too, appreciate a fair amount of common pairings, I like writing for uncommon pairings far more, because they tend to have a certain allure to them that most common pairings don't. And it is always more intriguing to read about two characters that wouldn't normally get along suddenly find urge to be together, than those that are already involved with one another. As it is more of a challenge to write, and more entertaining to read (in my opinion). I find joy in writing about ideas/thoughts/events that at first glance may seem mundane or pointless, but once are delved further into can be seen as profound, and important. I also like adding small details into my writing that may seem irrelevant, but upon closer inspection, are all tiny, interlacing pieces that add up to one substantially fascinating piece. Though I try my best to keep all my stories clean, sometimes I will add mild to moderate cursing in a scarce few to be more accurate to the characters or fandom. So my apologies for that. As for my stories that are presently incomplete, fear not if you are currently following them, for I will always finish every story I start. It may be a couple months, or it may be a couple years, but it will soon enough be complete, I assure you. My apologies for removing my currently writing on/working on chart below, but I don't think many people read it or kept track of it anyhow. I didn't quite update it as often as I should've, so the information was more than often inaccurate anyways, not to mention the fact that it was very tedious work keeping up with it. However, if you wish me to add it back to my profile page, I will do so upon your request. For those of you who wondered where I got the cover art for my story; "Out of the Shadows"; it was from 'Art-gem' on the website DeviantArt dot com. Forgive me for not providing a link, I had one before but the site kept deleting it. Thank you dearly for reading, ~TheConjuringMind~ Favorite Quotes "I love you, but you don't know what you're talking about." - Jared Gilman as Sam Shkkusky from the 2012 film Moonrise Kingdom. "No one's ever really gone." - Mark Hamill as Luke Skywalker from the 2017 film Star Wars: The Last Jedi. "Nothing is more painful to the human mind than, after the feelings have been worked up by a quick succession of events, the dead calmness of inaction and certainty which follows and deprives the soul both of hope and fear." - excerpt from the 1818 novel Frankenstein, by Mary Shelley. Can be found on the first page of chapter 9 (in my copy, at least). "Danger is real. Fear is a choice. The only place fear can exist is in our thoughts of the future." - Will Smith as Cypher Raige from the 2013 film After Earth. (I may have paraphrased this one a bit, it's been a while since I've seen the film). |
