Love your story and your writing so far. Only Enoch should have been more respectful, even when chalengging miss P. It doesn't suite her to tolerate that kind of behavior from one of her children.

I love how the kids are worried about Miss P, but then there's just Millard worrying for his life when Miss P wakes up XD
