(9-18-2009) Dear me, an updated profile. Not that there's much to be said... A full year after graduating with my Associate's Degree, I am still looking for full time work as well as trying to figure out what I would like to go back to school for a real degree in. Neither venture has been easy.

As of right now, my writing in fanfiction is strictly in the Criminal Minds universe and will likely remain there. That's not to say I won't branch out- NCIS is intriguing, Bones would be a fun challenge, and I've tried my hand at the Numb3rs boys with relative success. Updates will be... sporadic, if we're being honest. I don't have the best luck when it comes to my health, (I swear, I may be young but physically I often feel like an eighty year old arthritic woman on the world's cruellest diet) so there will come times when I'm just too tired or distracted to work on something. BUT, if I begin something with the promise of finishing, I fully intend to keep that promise. It just may take more time than any of us really like. All I ask for is patience. (Kind words and a little nudging don't hurt, either ;) )

I do write original fiction as well- at least, I try- so if I happen to disappear for long stretches without warning or explanation, that may be why. If anyone is interested, my original work can be found over on FictionPress under the same name. Though I have to admit, much of it was written long ago and of pretty poor quality.

I suppose that's all. Happy reading, happy writing, happy... reviewing. (Note: flames will be dutifully ignored, so don't waste your time.)

(10-3-09) Emotions, Amplified is still in progress. JJ's just being a little stubborn, but there will be a few more chapters to come so long as everyone's still interested.

A Heroes sequel is finished and up called Only the Good Die Young.

Now that I have those two finished, I am curious as to whether or not you guys would like me to continue on with a series of unrelated, music-inspired one-shots, or if I should give it up and do something else? I've created a poll asking that very question, so please feel free to check it out and let me know. (That is, if anyone just happens to be surfing my profile... )

(1-29-10) Alright, it's official: From here on out, aside from sporadically adding onto Emotions, Amplified, I will be continuing on with a series of unrelated, music inspired one-shots. The poll will remain up should anyone wish to show their displeasure/ disagreement with this decision. :)
