![]() Author has written 5 stories for Big Time Rush. Hey! What are you doing here? Get out of my lawn... You know you're a writer if... You talk to yourself about talking to yourself. When you talk to yourself, you often talk to yourself while talking to somebody else. You'll check your email every day for a week, then disappear off the Earth. Your emails tend to be incredibly long and very random. When replying to an email, you never actually address the point. (Verily!!!) You never have to get up to find pencils or paper in your room. The letters on your keyboard are wearing off. You constantly talk about yourself in third person, whether past or present. You start thinking about making lists like this and giggle for no "apparent" reason. People stopped looking at you funny for no reason a loooooooooooooong time ago. You describe everyday situations in your head as if they were in a book. (I always thought I was the only one that does that! I was so worried. I'll be doing that at the most random time and then I'll think 'Thank god my parents can't read my mind' lol) You laugh at completely random/inappropriate times just because of something you read the day before. You talk/yell/laugh/cry at your books. You write in class when you get a great idea. You write on your hand to remember story ideas. (It worries my parents dearly xD They thought I was preparing to get a tattoo lol) When you get an idea for a story, you become more excited than a kid on Christmas morning. "Starting tonight, I want you to get out of here with a new mentality. To go home, look yourself in the mirror and say, 'I'm beautiful'. And even if you feel like it's not there, it is. As cheesy as that sounds it's inside of you, you just got to let it out. Stop wanting to be what you see in those magazines. Stop wishing to be that model on the runway. Stop watching TV and wanting to be that actress. Stop trying to be what society shoves down your throat." - Kendall Schmidt "My dad told me when I was younger, that you can do anything you want in your life. ‘Because I don’t care if you’re a trash man or an attorney or an accountant, just be the best at it that you can be.’ And he always told me that, so I never had fear of trying to achieve my dreams because I knew that all I had to do was just try my best. And there is no such thing as failure if you try!" - Kendall Schmidt "I know that whenever he first came in – because he was the last, you know, puzzle piece; we like to call it. But he was the last piece. I know we had a few other guys who were there for the audition. I think all of us at some time, Scott Fellows – the creator of the show – came and said, ‘What do you think about the guys, who are you leaning towards?’ Well, we all said Kendall. All of us. We all knew that it was right – whenever all of us were there, it was like magic and we knew that was what we were missing. So that was definitely a happy day for all of us." - Logan Henderson "I actually sang... I played guitar and sang with Logan one time at a friend's house, like six months before the show. And then I saw him walking on the network and I was like AH, GREAT!" - Kendall Schmidt on meeting Logan Henderson on set "I never had fear of trying to achieve my dreams 'cause I knew all I had to do was just try my best." - Kendall Schmidt "Every girl deserves to know they are beautiful." - James Maslow "If a girl can have the dumbest of dumb conversations with me, then that's cool. Just be open and approachable. That's so important." - Kendall Schmidt |
