OTPs: -PruHun -UsUk -GerIta -RoChu -Franada -SeaWy -KugeLich ...I guess that's my main pairings Fanfiction Meme: 1.) How did you first get into writing fanfic, and what was the first fandom you wrote for? What do you think it was about that fandom that pulled you in? Well I read many great fics (specifically Gutters and We'll Meet Again) and I got inspired to write a bit. I guess that escalated a bit. I only write for hetalia but I wouldn't doubt in a couple of years that will evolve into a different fandom of mine. Honestly, I loved the fandom but I was never one to read fanfics or do anything on the quote-unquote kinky side of the fandom until I heard about those two amazing fics listed above. I suppose that really pulled me into fic writing. 2.) Name the fandoms you’ve written in, and how much you’ve written in that fandom, and if you still write in it. Only hetalia. I write too many stories not to mention I still have many other ideas. I think the count is at a heaping 15. 3.) For each of the fandoms from day two, what were your favorite characters to write? This is a hard one because I really love developing characters with such compelling back stories that it is hard to say. If anything, the easiest characters to write for me is America and England. Honestly, they are all hard to completely comprehend to satisfy everyone. 4.) Do you have a “muse” character, that speaks to you more than others, or that tries to push their way in, even when the fic isn’t about them? Who are they, and why did that character become your muse? Canada, definitely Canada. I guess since he relates to me so much I feel compelled to include him. 5.) If you have ever had a character try to push their way into a fic, whether your “muse” or not, what did you do about it? Huh? 6.) When you write, do you prefer writing male or female characters? In reality: female. In fan fiction: male. I guess this is because hetalia is mostly male and my interpretations are a bit too girly... 7.) Have you ever had a fic change your opinion of a character? Gutters made me like Denmark and Norway but no, not really. 8.) Do you write OCs? And if so, what do you do to make certain they’re not Mary Sues, and if not, explain your thoughts on OCs. I try to add as little OCs as possible. I only add them if they are not crucial to the plot or are the parents of the characters. Or do something really, really, bad and I don't want to associate a character with such a terrible deed. Really I don't care for OCs. 9.) Pairings – For each of the fandoms from day two, what are your three favorite pairings to write? Usuk: It's easy and there is so much elbow room with the two. Fruk: Again, it's easy. They are so realistic that it is easy to base them off real life. Franada: I just love their relationship, nothing more nothing less. 10.) Pairings – Have you ever gone outside your comfort zone and written a pairing you liked, but found you couldn’t write, or a pairing you didn’t like, and found you could? Definitely. It's really hard to manifest a pairing into something completely different than what you associate them with typically. And writing for a different pairing is sometimes much easier. Definitely because it can become less monotonous... 11.) Genre – do you prefer certain genres of fic when you’re writing? What kind do you tend to write most? I have a bias towards Cardverse... 12.) Have you ever attempted an “adaptation” fic of a favorite book or movie but set in a different fandom? Yes. Disney Challenge! 13.) Do you prefer canon or fanon when you write? Has writing fanfic for a fandom changed the way you see some or even all of the original source material? Canon or fanon really depends. Yes and definitely a fandom has altered my POV on many pairings. 14.) Ratings – how high are you comfortable with going? Have you ever written higher? If you’re comfortable with NC-17, have you ever been shocked by finding that the story you’re writing is G-rated instead? I mostly write T but sometimes it's less mild and sometimes it is more but no sex. Sorry. 15.) Warnings – What do you feel it most important to warn for, and what’s the strangest thing you’ve warned for in a fic? I guess trigger events...I don't really have an opinion. You are the writer and you should do what you feel. 16.) Summaries – Do you like them or hate them? How do you come up with them, if you use them? Hate. Hate. Hate. Usually I force them out and get inspiration from top reviewed fics (guilty as charged). 17.) Titles – Are they the bane of your existence, or the easiest part of the fic? Also, if you do chaptered fic, do you give each chapter a title, or not? Depends. Sometimes titles come first and others I stare at the screen until inspiration falls from the heavens. And I try to chapter fics differently. For example ACS chapters are all alliterations, Glisten chapters follow the pattern Of _ and , NBT are all music songs yet most of my fics are named either Chapter 1 or Part 1. 18.) Where do you get the most inspiration for your fics (aka “bunnies”) from? Dreams. 19.) When you have bunnies, do you sit down and start writing right away, or do you write down the idea for further use? I'm so lazy. Usually when I get up to that chapter I write it because I don't want to roll out of my comfy bed and turn on my desktop. AKA I need a laptop. 20.) Do you ever get bunnied from other people’s stories or art in the same fandom? Sometimes. Usually it is the basis or small fragments or maybe a word or phrase that is just so perfect. 21.) Sequels – Have you ever written a sequel to a fic you wrote, and if so, why, and if not, how do you feel about sequels? I like sequels but at the same time I don't. I like them when they further the plot and really dislike when they are all about relationships and whatever. Sorry. 22.) Have you ever participated in a fest or a Big Bang? If so, write about your favorite experience in relation to one. If not, are there any you’ve thought about doing? And if not, why not? I probably haven't because I don't know what that is. 23.) When you post, where do you post to? Just your journal? Just an archive? Your own personal site? Just here. I am too lazy to update a tumblr. 24.) Betaing – How many betas do you like to use to make sure there aren’t any major flaws in your fic? Do you have a Beta horror story or dream story? I need one. *hint hint* 25.) Music – Do you listen to music while you write? Do you make playlists to get into a certain “mood” to write your fic? Do you need noise in general? Or do you need it completely quiet? I do not listen to music, usually. I feel like I get too wrapped up in the song and then all of my words reflect that one mood and have the lyrics put into it. I like complete silence except for the ticking clock that is far too loud. 26 – What is the oddest (or funniest) thing you’ve had to research for a fic? Hmm...I can't remember to be honest. There is probably something funny but I cannot remember. 27.) Where is your favorite place to write, and do you write by hand or on the computer? Computer. While I do write on my iPod, I do not like to type on such a small screen. 28 – Have you ever collaborated with anyone else, whether writing together, or having an artist work on a piece about your fic? I would love to *hint hint*. 29.) What is your current project or projects? There are 13 unfinished stories... 30.) Do you have a favorite fic you’ve written? What makes it your favorite? Uh...no. Not really. I like to think that I evolve and that every time I look back on a fic I hate it more and more. I guess if I had to choose it would be Shuffle but I mean I love all my fics and hate them all the same. But that's what makes us writers! Warning! I am not that big on yaoi. I like the "fluffy" boy love but I kinda get freaked out once it gets past making out. I don't know...maybe there might be some implied sex but I won't actually write it because I just can't bring myself to...[and when I read it I kinda get freaked out] please roam freely...
