Ds Arthur was dangerous yet one if the most fascinating Arthur ever portrayed. The metaphors has been quite beautifully applied making the imagery more vivid & impressive.
The ending was bittersweet though...Al had to pay the price of love after all... I feel bad for Matthew, he lost his brother in the entire process.
The DenNor served as a nice side pair too.

I think I liked this a lot more that I should've. I liked how you depicted the mermaids as they would be from mythical stories instead of from the actual Disney movies interpretation. :3 this was an enjoyable read, short and sweet; as corny as that may sound that is..

Isn't Alfred going to die soon anyway? He's on a boat in the middle of the ocean, with no food, water, or shelter. That's not good at all. A slow and painful, agonizing, tortures death.

I just love the way you wrote the story! At first I thought it will be another Little Mermaid deal but then you went and stayed true to the mermaid mythology and I was sooooooo happy! Loved the fic, and especially Denmark and Norway. I feel sorry for Matt for loosing his brother.

I loved this, it was so powerful. The only comment I can make constructively is that pilots need 20/20 vision (perfect vision) to fly, so the fact Alfred seriously needed glasses doen't make sense xD I wouldn't be able to imagine Alfred without his glasses though, and it's not a huge problem, just thought I'd put it out there. :3 Otherwise, I really enjoyed this. I loved how you made Arthur seem sweet and innocent when he wasnt _ Amazing story!
