Dragons.

have you ever watched a dragon, of any kind or shape and thought anything but "This is abslutely magnificent!"?
Well, I haven't.

I love dragons, and that is why there will always be a dragon in some or form in any story I'll ever write.

Also, there's something I want to say, and this seems to be as good a place as any, considering nobody will ever actually read this xP:
People say love is hard. Singer sing about it, teenagers whine about it, adults remember it. All of them say love is hard, that finding the right person to love is hard... I don't get it.
I spent the first 18 years of my life mostly on my own. I didn't really have friends back then, mostly a few guys I hang around with sometimes at a store. I didn't really believe in things like absolute love... or even just love in general.
Then, in what I can only describe as a movie worthy series of events, I met a girl at an airport, while waiting for a bus that would take me, her and two others to a place that was waiting for us because our flight was late and almost made us lose the coincidence. We didn't talk, merely looked at each other. And that was it.

two months later, I'm going back home from school, and a girl stops me in the middle of the street, saying she was with me waiting for that plane. So we get to talking, and it comes out she likes dragons too, so I think "what the hell" and invite her to get lunch with me to talk some more. We meet for lunch, we talk some more, and we make plans to go together with roller blades a few days later.

We go to our excursion with rollers, after it we end up at my house, one things leads to another and we end up kissing and getting together. No huge drama, no TV-like exclamations of like or love. Just two teens deciding to give a relationship a try. Easy so far.

So, after that, in most places you would read about all the drama we had, and how we became stronger for it or broke up and ended up fucking each other best friend/ex/sister or brother/ whatever because... reasons.
Except there was none of that. We were together, after a few days we realized that what we felt might be love, when something came up we talked about it, we worked trough things together. We fought, then made up. Fight were just small stones in the way, not the end of the relationship.
Anyway, long story short, we've been together since Fall of 2011. And I never had to make some huge sacrifice, and neither had she. I never considered having this relationship was hard, and neither did she. We never really had to work at keeping the relationship, it happened on its own.

So, I say love isn't hard. PEOPLE make it out to be hard, probably to cover the fact that most of the time they fuck it up. But not because it is hard, oh no. They fuck it up because they aren't capable of accepting and respecting that their life doesn't belong just to them anymore, or the responsibility of having to take care of another life

Wanna know the real secret to true love? I'll tell you:

Find the girl/boy you want to be with, try the relationship out for the first two weeks, and if you see it is something real, then devote yourself completely and without reservation to your partner, and always respect the limits he/she sets for you. You both do this, and you'll have a good relationship.
Stop playing "who's boss" or all these strange power play I heard people do in relationships. Stop jeopardizing your relationship for a thrill or something equally insignificant or stupid.
Just be loyal, be devoted, and be happy.
