Hi there.

I'm 30, English and crazy about reading.

I am a diagnosed dyslexic and I had it very severely as a child (I couldn't read or write until I was 10).

I read voraciously and as a result have mostly over come this problem. However while I have no problem reading, spelling and grammar (punctuation in particular) are still issues for me.

The simplest of words often look right to me when I write them and they turn out to be wrong when they're read by others or a sentence will look like it needs a comma or something when it doesn't or vice versa.

There isn't much I can do about this I'm afraid other than keep re-reading and hope to pick up on the mistakes.

But at the same time do be aware my dyslexia means my stories will likely always have the odd typo no matter how many times I do this.

Please also be aware that some spelling mistakes may look that way because I use the English spelling for my words not the American versions.

If any this bothers you then please use the back button and have a nice day. I refuse to be shamed for something beyond my control.

James Potter hasn't spoken to his daughter in seven years

Abandoned at ten and exiled to Beauxbatons at eleven, Harmony Potter has been all but forgotten about.

But in October 1997 James will have to learn that out of mind can no longer be out of sight. The Triwizard Tournament is heading for Hogwarts and so is Harmony.

And this time she going to make damn sure he can't dismiss her existence so easily.

updates will always be on a Thursday or a Saturday though with life being what it is please accept that the gaps between updates could be several months.

The Light pink fingers off an early dawn, gradually clasped themselves around the two peacefully sleeping occupants of the soft double bed in the potion masters chambers. The identity off the two occupants was sure to shock the many castle’s younger inhabitants and perhaps some of the older ones too when news would inevitably travel about the DADA teacher and the potions master as secrets often do in Hogwarts but for now the couple remained oblivious to the world outside their contented embrace in each others arms and that is where our story begins.

The snippet up above is from my first ever story and obviously has many flaws for having that perhaps dubious honour. I may well go back and re-edit it one day, but for now it will simply remain as proof of how far my writing has come and how far I likely still have to go. So if you can get passed what is likely a ridiculous amount of comers, poor pacing and some ludicrous spelling mistakes please enjoy.
