![]() Author has written 7 stories for Naruto. Hey everybody! Call meh Hikari, Sarah, or even 光. As for my age, well I'm between 12 and 15, pick a number. Loves: Drawing (XD), followed by writing, reading and finding out people's opinions on me or my work, cooking (especially experimenting), ShikaTem. Hates: Homework (if you can do it at school, what's the use of doing it at home?), girls talking about boys, fashion etc, (and forcing me to listen), people who insult me, art, literature, my artwork and my belongings (unprovoked, especially), people who think they can pick on others because they think they're better, ShikaIno,yaoi and yuri. According to tests I took on ... I've an IQ of 137 (?!) I'm a maverick. Whatever that means. I'll check the dictionary when I bother to. Naruto fan with a passion for ShikaTem (OTP), Sand Sibs(but hates Sandcest), Sasuke (but hates Uchihacest and doesn't mind Sasuke bashing)and the occasional...HidaTem?! Well, if its appropriate for my age, no citrus. Toss Shikamaru in and it's a threesome. More drama, more conflict, better story :-) My favourite Akatsuki member is Dei-Dei-chan (Deidara) XD Not a big fluff fan. Overly romantic stories and crap that belongs in a shoujo manga for boy-obsessed teenage girls with high-pitched voices that hurt my ears make me puke. I don't like yaoi and yuri 'cuz I don't swing that way. Not that I don't like Ino (she's very pretty),but I hate ShikaIno. It'd be like dating your brother (shudders). SaiIno FTW! Though then again I don't mind Ino being paired with any male that's not Shika, but she should give Chouji a chance ;-) I can't decide between NaruSaku, SasuSaku or Naruhina. Or even KibaHina. If any of 'em happen, I'll be fine with it. Though I'll be darned if LeeSaku becomes canon (scratches head) NejiTen or LeeTen is fine with me, but I don't like teacher-student pairings either. GaiTen would scar me for life. Proverbial Wallpaper Laugh and the world laughs with you. Snore and you sleep alone. A friend in need is a bloody pest! (no offense, people) Happiness can't buy money. All's fear in love and war. Everyman reaps what he sows...except the amateur gardener. All that glitters isn't gold. All that doesn't glitter isn't either. Money is the root of all evil--and a man needs roots! Strike while the...bug is close. Never underestimate the power of...termites. Don't bite the hand that...looks dirty. No news is...impossible. An idle mind is...the best way to relax. Where there's smoke there's...pollution. A penny saved is...not much. And my favourite (those of you who are hungry or eating should skip this): Constipation is the thief of time. Diarrhoea waits for no man. (laughs like a madman) Murphy's Laws of Computing: 1. A complex system that does not work is invariably found to have come from a simple system that worked just fine. 2. When computing, no matter what, act as though you meant for it to happen. 3. The first place to look is the section of the manual where you least expect to find it. 4. When you get to the point where you think you truly understand your computer, it's obselete. 5. For every action, there is an equal and opposite malfunction. 6. The number one cause of computer malfunctions is computer solutions. 7. A computer program will always do what you tell it to do, but rarely what you want it to do. 8. To err is human, to blame your computer for your mistakes is also human. 9. If at first you don't succeed, blame your computer. 10. When the going gets tough, upgrade. The above list is practically my life's mantra to using a computer, since I suck at modern technology so much. By heck, I can't remember my handphone number! Quotes: "If you can't beat 'em, join 'em. Then sabotage 'em from the inside." ~ a random thought from me "Oh no, its that age." "What's wrong?" "Oh, I don't know. I want to be one of those women who can walk past a boutique without going in." ~ shopping for materials for a project (a class cafe) with my female classmates. They were ogling a dress on sale (ergh!) "Hey, you aren't a feminist, are ya?"~my manga teacher, who helped develope my drawing skills even if I already knew how to draw. He gives homework, but for me any drawings I've done classify as having done homework :P "The difference between you and me is that I annoy people unintentionally." ~ Me to my younger brother. Bye for now! Hikari (read: female) P.S. My writing is in British English, although American English is used sometimes. Thus, I'll say 'leucotomy', not 'lobotomy'. Although spellchecker screws it up sometimes (read:always). P.P.S I'm on SheezyArt now! I'm not that good (yet) but do take a look at my art! http:/// |
