Hello, everyone.

My name is Kat and this is my profile.

I'm currently 22 years old. My birthday is August 6th. I live in South Carolina and share a house with my mom, little sister, and fairly old cat. I work as a waitress at a restaurant within walking distance from my home as I have literally no idea how to drive. Cars are uncontrollable death machines and after an incident in which I smacked my dad's car into the side of a Subway restaurant, I would rather not be behind the wheel ever again if I can help it.

Jack Daniels sour is my lifeblood and I am a huge fan of chocolate.

I graduated from high school in June of 2014 and went on to major in Digital Media (graphic design and web development) in college, which I graduated from in 2017 as top of my major. I also received the merit award, though I don't entirely remember why this award exists.

I am currently taking time away from writing fanfiction to focus on my first novel, a psychological horror romance (I'm not labeling its genre correctly, nor will I probably do so until the book is actually finished and I need to classify it as something) entitled Checking Out. It is set in a hotel, so yes the name is indeed a pun.

Stephen King is my inspiration. I wish to someday become the Queen of horror.

While I'm on my hiatus from writing fanfiction, I do still read it. I mainly enjoy Harry Potter crossover fics at the moment and, while I've exited my Twilight obsessed phase, I will from time to time dip back into my favorites to re-read the couple I have in there for old time's sake. I will also read Doctor Who and Walking Dead fics, preferably with Doctor/Oc and Daryl/Oc pairings respectively.

My favorite band is the Beatles.

My favorite movies are Across The Universe, Help! (a movie starring the Beatles), A Hard Day's Night (also starring the Beatles), The Devil's Advocate, and the Harry Potter movies.

My favorite books are the Red Rising series, The Good Omens (a satirical work about the Apocalypse), Paul's Undead (a satire of the life of the Beatles), John Lennon's "In His Own Write" and "A Spaniard In The Works", practically anything by King, though I have a particular fondness for Misery, Dante's Inferno, and, well, the Harry Potter series.

My favorite of Shakespeare's plays are Macbeth and Hamlet (as I am an angsty little shit).

I have not abandoned In Which pt 2, I have only stepped away from it for a little while until I'm in a better state of mind to write fun little parody stories again. If you enjoy Doctor Who and crack, you may enjoy the original In Which.
