| SyfyGuy2 chapter 4 . 11/9/2016 This is brilliant! I just found this fanfiction tonight, and instant fav! I love how this epistolary anthology goes from Dean talking about angels to Sam about the (lack-of)difference between gods and zealots to Crowley about a crossroads deal. All of them are so very humorous and really catch the feel of Supernatural, and I honestly can't decide which one I like more. (Though Crowley's sales-pitch of a Crossroads guide really had be laughing quite a bit!) This fanfiction is so quirky and funny, you really succeed at making each of the four book-guide for-dummies things humorous in each of the narrating characters' own ways, I really was laughing at it and loved the way they expressed their (in Sam and Dean's cases very-true, in Crowley's case very-small print-dismissing) opinions in them! It felt like what each of them would say in their own little ways, Dean's for-dummies chapters about angels really pleasantly reminded me of the Official Companion's classic 22-Helpful-Hints bits! I really was laughing more and more with each chapter as I read on, Crowley's final one was so especially hilarious and great and very much him, but so were the others before them! Overall, really funny, great, interesting and quirky fanfiction, I loved it! x) |
