It is well known that Crowley and Aziraphale have been running into each other throughout all of human history. This is one such example. May I present to you the story of Lindisfarne, and its destruction.

Azira loves his job, but even he will be the first to admit the English department is a toxic environment. One day, needing some plant care tips, he ventures into another part of the university and meets the dashing Professor Crowley, and his life is forever changed. Professor Crowley is equally smitten, and is far less tolerant of how Azira is treated by his colleagues.

Heaven isn't really sure why the hellfire didn't kill Aziraphale, but they aren't about to let a renegade angel remain free. Crowley is furious, and enlists the help of a close group of humans to get him back.

The Doctor wasn't actually sure how it happened. They'd been launching a rescue mission when he and the Master had been separated. He wasn't overly concerned, the Master could take care of himself, but something about this whole planet just seems wrong, and the Master certainly had a bad habit of finding the wrong and pissing it off.
