Huh. I haven't updated this in, like, forever. I figured now would probably be the best time to so. (December 12, 2008)

Well, hum... a bit about moi? I am a freshman in college, majoring in English. I want to learn four other languages (besides English, of course); I know some Spanish, am currently taking French, I want to learn Russian, and after that, I'm not exactly sure.

I love writing. I love it! Sadly though, with my love of writing comes an overexpansive imagination (is there such thing?) causes some ADD when it comes to stories. I either have a really great idea but not much inspiration to actually write it, or I do write it, but I lose my passion for it. So far I've completed two out of my four stories. The ones I haven't completed are on temporary hiatus, but I have started a new story which I'm excited about.

I'm drawn to mysterious, dark, and even broken characters. They are usually the "bad" or "misunderstood" characters, but they are far more fascinating than the "good" guys.

I would love to travel everywhere.

I often wonder if the characters we create are real somewhere.

I am lucky to have experienced the purest form of love there ever is, as well as know who my one true love is. (They are two different people, of course.) While I have not met the former, I am in the second stage of the quote, "If you love something, let it go..." and am patiently waiting for him to come back to me with the latter. However the situation is a bit complicated, and I believe I might be waiting for a long time.

If I ever get married, it is going to be at night, in the winter at Disneyland!

Ironically, the only stories I seem to be able to finish are when they have to do with pirates (whether it is original fiction or fanfiction.). (And yes, because we all know Pirates 4 is coming out, I will be writing a story about it, although it will not be a sequel to A Wonderful Life.) This conundrum can obviously be explained by the fact that I was a pirate in a past life.

Inspiration can come randomly, but I'm drawn to broken characters and quirky people. My muses are rather obvious; pirates, the rain, the smell AFTER the rain, overcast days, Disneyland, and music.

I am pro-choice, fiercely support gay rights, and am, in latent terms, a "tree hugger."

My room expresses my deep devotion to certain people and reveals my inner-creativity, and is, besides Disneyland, the happiest place on earth.

I am left handed.

My favorite shows are Bones, House, M.D., The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, The Simpsons, Family Guy, 24, Married... with Children, Reno!911 (Terry is amazing!), Law and Order: SVU and CI, The Office

When I was a child, I wanted to be Lara Croft.

I adore anything Angeline Jolie.
