There is something that has been bugging me since I first started watching Pokemon. How strong is Ash's Pikachu? It has the capabilities of defeating Legendaries (eg. Regice and Latios), but it can also lose to a non-Legendary, sometimes Pikachu's opponent would absolutely cream it. Therefore, I have come up with a system that can really gauge the strength of a Pokemon. In my system, there are six primary stats that can be used to determine a Pokemon's battle prowess. There are Offence, Defence, Special Attack, Speed, Special Defence and Stamina. The maximum mark for each stat is 100. Once the marks have been accumulated, the Pokemon's battle level can be classified into four different levels; Champion, Elite Four, Gym Leader and Rookie. Each level has three sub-levels; high, mid and low. Below is the mark range:- 1-50 : Low-level Rookie Pokemon, 51-100 : Mid-level Rookie Pokemon, 101-150 : High-level Rookie Pokemon 151-200 : Low-level Gym Leader Pokemon, 201-250 : Mid-level Gym Leader Pokemon, 251-300 : High-level Gym Leader Pokemon 301-350 : Low-level Elite Four Pokemon, 351-400 : Mid-level Elite Four Pokemon, 401-450 : High-level Elite Four Pokemon 451-500 : Low-level Champion Pokemon, 501-550 : Mid-level Champion Pokemon, 551-600 : High-level Champion Pokemon Stories in Progress :- Zenith League (10-28-10 - present) One Soul, Two Visages (09-18-12 - present) Discontinued Stories :- Pokemon : Episode Zero (I merely used this fic to see if people liked my style of writing.
