You ever look back on things that you wrote as a young teen and think, "Wow, you used the wrong 'there'?"

Simultaneously, you ever look back on the things you wrote as a young teen and think, "Wow, what the fuck was so awful in your life at that moment in time? It really wasn't that bad, you were being melodramatic."

And, again, you ever look back on something you wrote as a young teen and think, "Damn, that was actually good," and then pat yourself on the back?

I am now experiencing all three of those emotions.

I'm thinking of going back and revising a lot of what I wrote back from my teenager years. Still, that wasn't quite that long ago. But, back then, I had had no experiences in love, life, work, pain, pleasure, etc. Now, I have so much of that. All of that. I don't think my teenage self would believe it. I think my teenage self would be proud.

So, these revisions are for her. For my past self.

About me, statistically:

25 year-old female.

No idea where I live, or will continue to live.

Perfectly happy :)

Currently with a loving boyfriend.

Previously not with a loving boyfriend.
