Im still thinking about this fic hahaha

I have read this story so many times over the years and I keep coming back to it even though it’s not finished. There’s just something so special about your writing that pulls me in and makes me feel really close to the characters. I just felt that after reading your story so many times I should leave a comment, even if you might not see it. Hope you’re doing well!

I'm back for what's probably my tenth read, and I HAVE to comment. I know you may never see this, and it's okay that you've lost interest in this! My ADHD ridden self gets it more than anyone LOL!

I just need to express my love for this fic. When I was a kid in high school, I worked a part-time job and would read fanfic during my break. I was never expecting anything good. I was just passing the time. But this? I got so involved in this fic, it made me miss my bus home... twice!

I've graduated college now. I'm moving out with someone I plan to marry. I'm in a completely different stage of life, and even though I'm not as into Pokemon or this particular ship anymore, I'm STILL coming back to this fic.

Your writing is just amazing. I really hope you're doing well, and I hope you're still writing!

This has been an amazing story, I wish that we get more of these amazing chapters. The relationship development has been amazing, detailed and never rushed which makes it even more realistic and enjoyable. I understand that it may never get finished but a huge part of me really wants to see this story t9 the end because it is one of the best palletshipping ones I have read. XxxXxxxXxxxXxxx

You might not read this comment, but that's okay. I just wanted to say this this fic is among the first I ever discovered and truly adored. I was a sophomore in high school. I'm a senior in college now. Though many, many things have changed, I still think about this fic and how much I loved it, and going back to revisit it just for a taste brings back so many great memories. This fic is the one that first gave me the idea to write my own fanfiction (though that hasn't really amounted to much long term, but STILL).

So just... your writing and stories have meant a lot to me over the years. Even if you never revisit or update this piece again (sometimes you have to abandon things, I understand), I hope you're still writing and making the world richer with your words.

It feels really weird leaving a review on a discontinued story, but I have to tell you that this is one of my favourite palletshipping/shishi stories ever. I am completely enamoured by your writing style and at the pace at which you've developed these characters. This fic was one of my inspirations to start writing for this pairing as well. There's a huge chance you won't ever see this, but please, if there's any chance you can tell how the story was going to go/end through a synopsis or some way else that would be amazing. I hope I'm not coming across as pushy, none of your fans blame you for losing interest, it's just something that happens.

You're a fantastic writer, and have a special way of rounding out the characters realistically and making them easily relatable. I really enjoyed finding this story and being able to read what was here, it's a wonderful piece and you've done an amazing job with it. There are a couple spots where I wasn't sure who was saying what, but that might just be messing with the formatting.

Try not to worry about disappointing any readers; all authors lose inspiration for projects, and if you don't feel like you can continue it there's no shame in that. Writers grow and change, and their interests might lead them elsewhere, which is perfectly fine and normal.

As for your hypothetical question, personally I think that posting as much as you can and then a summary would work better; it's always a little sad to have an author just stop at a chapter and the readers never having any idea what they had in mind for the rest of the story. At least with the summary, it brings a bit of closure for everyone, and I think the author's included in that.

Either way, you're an author I'll keep an eye on, I love the way you write and you have a great way with plots. Best wishes for all you do!

Well, I'm quite sad that you've chosen to discontinue this story, but I don't regret that I stumbled upon this and had the pleasure of reading it. I can't pass it up without leaving a review, even though I'm unsure if you'll ever see it. I loved every piece of this- it was heartbreaking, sweet, solemn- no matter what you were taking us through, it was enjoyable. Satoshi's isolation and longing for companionship was sad, but seeing him reconnect with Shigeru was sweet and tugged at me. Shigeru's struggles were heart wrenching but I loved reading through them and his long time crush on Satoshi. Your writing really drew me in to the story. I loved how mature you have made them. You portrayed them really well, I found a lot of what they did and said believable. The way you write the scenery and atmosphere is superb as well- I can feel everything that you try to portray. The gloom in the rain, Satoshi's loneliness, Shigeru's hardships, Julia's resentment, the innocence of Shigeru's daughters... the heat of attraction between Shigeru and Satoshi. I loved it. You are a really talented writer, I hope that in some way you still write and hone that skill in your day to day life (if it's something you still enjoy). I hope that you are doing well, and thanks for sharing this wonderful story with us. Take care :)

I know. You have lost all interest in this story, and I have seen many others do the same. The Club, for instance, just when the plot was starting to develop, the Author cut off, saying he had lost interest. It is quite hard on the readers, as they always want *more*, and I will always hope that you can deliver, though my hopes are pretty low, since it has been so long since you updated. Maybe even just a status update? That would be fine. I just want to know how you're doing, because for all I know, you might be dead. I would never blame you, however, for losing interest in writing a story, I have come across it before, and many others before me. Just hope you're doing well,

Why not both? If you have complete chapters, do complete chapters, and when you don't, do summaries? I just found this today! I went Ash x Gary pairing on , sorted it by review, and your fic is near the top!

I quite like the writing, Ash is so clearly depressed and he misses Pikachu so much, and I love the idea that Gary has this long 14-year crush that he's still dealing with! Omgosh break my heart seriously. Would love to see more.

I know I'm like 4 years late to this party, but I'm enjoying your story so far. I like your writing, and hearing all the Japanese terms is a welcome change. Though, it has been a long time since I watched the older series, so I can't say I remember everything. For example, I didn't pick up on who you were talking about when it came to the card signed by KO and MU with a pawprint (forgive me; I don't have a kana keyboard on this computer yet). Wow, this is definitely one of the best palletshipping fics I've ever read. Kind of upset you won't be able to finish it, though.
