Elaienar is a twenty-two-year-old-homeschooled-reformed-Christian-young-woman with a passion for various things, including (but in no way limited to) manga, fantasy novels, humourous anythings, fictional mythology, lo mein, British spelling, drawing on the computer, writing on anything available at the moment, drinking fizzy alcoholic drinks her father mixes, and watching movies in which things blow up a lot.

Her education began at the tender age of three days, and she successfully mastered the English language after only four years of meticulous study, although further academical pursuits were put off until she was six. Elaienar has never skived off in her life, probably because such an action would involve running away from home, which would involve effort, which is something she prefers not to involve in anything if she can at all help it. She took piano for several weeks without displaying the least hint of hidden mediocrity (let alone talent), which failure she has since attributed to her inability to move both hands and think and breathe at the same time. Following this failure she was surprised to discover that modulating her voice in pleasing ways was within her range of talent, and has since sung in various choirs, where she enjoys singing both soprano and alto, preferring alto due to her acrophobia.

Her other talents include having favourite characters who die a lot, tripping over furniture that doesn't exist, spelling things funny, and making jokes that everybody else laughs at. Having said from a very young age that she wanted to be a mommy and write books, she is now diligently pursuing both ambitions by washing dishes half the day and inventing characters the other half. Whether the characters will ever actually do anything remains to be seen - although the fact that Elaienar has been highly successful in making characters who don't belong to her do things they probably didn't want to do suggests that success in this area is imminent.
