Awwww this chapter was lovely. I wasn't expecting this, but it was yet again another really great twist in the story. I always loved the take on Jazz - instead of the typical overpowering, bratty, oppressive big sister trope, she's overprotective, supportive, and... well still a little oppressive, haha. But it's great, and I really love how you handled her in this chapter. Danny's list was fantastic too, and I just love how you described his trouble writing it out. Overall, another wonderful chapter. It was so real and human. I love that in your writing style. Great job!

Another great chapter! Honestly? I thought it felt like a oneshot from the first chapter, and I thought "Where can this author go from here?" a bit. I'm glad you did continue, though, because this is fantastic. Another reservation I had was Sam and Tucker coming over. I was kinda like eeehhhhh, I wanted Maddie and Danny to have their time, and I thought Maddie might want to kick them out because of course we'd have a deep, emotional breakdown like this. But again you surprised me pleasantly by sending them off to go investigate Jazz. It's all in character, beautiful, emotionally evocative... it's just a great fic!

Awesome story so far! Revelation stories are also a top favorite of mine, and I feel like they are underrated and often overlooked by (good) authors. I'm so super glad to have found this one! It's actually quite possibly the only Danny Phantom fic I've even read... at least in memory. Absolutely fantastic job on the characterization, the concepts, the way you depicted both Maddie and Danny's thoughts and feelings - which were so heavy and complex that this is really a complex feat... just a great chapter. Really good job! Thanks for writing this!

I know it's been a while since this fic was written but I couldn't leave without saying anything, because I LOVE this! I love it, I love it, I absolutely ADORE it! Revelation fics are always my favorite, and Maddie and Jazz are my two favorite characters aside from Danny. This whole thing has been so well-written! Great tone, great rhythm and sentence fluency, and great depiction of emotion. I could just FEEL these waves of relief and love for these characters when I read Maddie's reaction. And that description of what if felt like to be in the portal when it turned on... *shudders, but in a good way* Beautiful. I'm surprised I haven't seen more of that in fics.
Also, on a less-serious note, the possibly-blueberry pancakes cracked me up. Anyway, thank you so much for writing this!

Awesome big sis is awesome and excellently timed. As helpful as Sam and Tuck can be, having the whole trio there for the entire discussion will probably only exacerbate the "off the rails" problem. XD
Jazz knows enough to have good ideas of how to guide a little structure to things, but not so much that she'll get caught up in the actual telling of things and go on tangents- or at least, not the same kind of tangents, and her sort are generally the kind they're used to tugging back to the point in question. She's also more accustomed to taking notes of ideas and questions to go back over later instead of interrupting, like in class lectures.
Maddie too, now that I think of it, which could be both very helpful and amusingly odd for Danny- it might feel a bit like he's the "teacher" or guest lecturer in a classroom some of the time! XD
