Status of my stories (7/31/20):

Exposed: in progress. Twenty-seven is up. Twenty-eight is definitely going up tomorrow! Updates will be coming either once or twice a month from now on; check back on the tenth to know whether Twenty-nine will be posted on the 15th or the 1st of September. Paradise: in progress. The response was good. I'm actually mostly done with Chapter Two. I just can't convince myself I like it enough to post it, but I will eventually. Thanks for all the support. I PROMISE I WILL UPDATE AT SOME POINT IT WILL JUST BE A WHILE (I'm focusing on Exposed currently). You've all been patient and I really appreciate it.

Out of Darkness: up for adoption. PM me if you want to adopt it - or if you want me to tell you the plot. I won't be putting the plot outline up as a chapter just in case someone does end up adopting it. Thank you.

Yes, I got lazy and stopped listing the author. And some of them aren't really specific books but authors themselves. I probably should've done that with Brandon Sanderson because I also liked his Elantris, Emperor's Soul, The Rithmatist, and the The Reckoners series. There are, of course, other books I have read and liked, but these were just some of the ones I could remember and thought were good enough to merit a sort of recommendation.

Things I don't like in books/TV/movies/etc: The underrepresentation of people of color, LGBTQ people, non-neurotypical people, and women. Irrational or random plot lines and illogical characters (as in characters with the trait of doing things that literally don't make any sense. At all). Overusing the same word over and over again, especially a bland word like "happy."

Things I like in books/TV/movies/etc: Inclusiveness. Having plots that make sense and characters that do things that make sense. Bad puns that make me laugh. Main characters whose parents aren't dead (I'm looking at you, Harry Potter and every other fantasy book out there. Don't think I don't see you.). Diverse sentence structures and words. The correct usage of semi-colons and colons.
