this is unbearable in the most beautiful way! the emotions in the story are contagious, and that’s the sign of an amazing writer. you’re so so talented and i’m in love with your story. i know updating can be a challenge between the struggles of inspiration and time, so i will do my best to be patient (this story is worth the wait). whenever you can post a new chapter i will be eagerly awaiting!

So happy to see updates. And I really like how you portray Snape, because he seems really in character as be a person who is trying but still has a temper and years of automatic response to work through and my heart hurts for Harry in good ways every time I read this.

I have one request. I’ve checked my inbox every day, sometimes twice daily, waiting for an update. As unlikely at it sounds, I do actually have a life - I am just wholly in love with your story. Please, the only thing I ask on behalf of your 1000 followers is to edit the last chapter or add another chapter stating that ‘This story will no longer be updated’ whenever you decide that it has come to a close. Nothing is more bothersome than a beautiful story that has gone unfinished, but it is even harder for the readers who have fallen unashamedly for the real-as-life characters to be kept waiting when our hearts are now involved. We’re kept waiting at the station with a ticket for a train that never comes. Though disappointed, I don’t think that anyone would fault you for ending it wherever you wished. We would rather just know what more to expect, and lay it to rest, and happily reread what you have gifted us. We wish you the best with your recovery, and we will patiently await any updates.

Fantastic way of dealing with the Dursleys!

the evolution of the relationship between Harry and Snape is very well described, I am liking this story a lot! I like how we often get to read the thoughts of them both, and how Snape pushes Harry to repair his relationships with other adults.

Yesterday night, I had a nightmare. I openef this story to the chapter where Snape came to Harry’s room to soothe him after a nightmare of his own. I felt so peaceful myself that it actually helped me to sleep. You maybe have magic in your fingers that you put into this story as your magical fingers work on the keyboard that type the words! Thanks really! And update, if you can.

OOh! imagine what this SS would do if Umbitch came to Hogwarts and even thought of using a blood quill on HIS Harry! The DOM debacle wouldn't happen as HP would go straight to SS and who dis the dementors kiss as HP isn't in Surrey? Umbitch to Azkhaban to cover Fudgy Wudgy's ass?!

It’s a coincidence that I found your story at this time, when I have recently gotten in with my new foster parents. I have always read HP fanfics on Snape amd Harry, somewhat relating my own situation with them throughout this foster experience. It’s my third family, actually, and for the first time I feel at home. I want to give you the credit, too. Perhaps, it was your story that made me realise what a home should be like...
I heartily hope that you get time to finish this amazing story because I really want to know how Harry will fare from here on, and how Snape—still in the process of becoming a new father—goes on with him. I hope you’re recovering well after your surgery, too.
