This dormant fanfic account came to life when I discovered Charmed season 9 was coming out…as a comic series by Zenescope. This led me to properly watch all eight seasons before the issues came out.

Unfortunately, something I never expected in a million years happened. I wanted to write……a Charmed fic o.0

As every fanfic author out there knows, reviews motivate. So do review :-)

Status March 2018:

Still alive. But kind of shocked and disappointed that Charmed Reboot is moving ahead full steam. While the inner child in me is super curious to see the pilot, the adult is sad and mad there’s nothing special planned for the fast approaching 20th anniversary of Charmed by the Powers that Be featuring the original cast. Yeah I know they've been squabbling online. ..but still wish they could put their differences aside for one day, team up and vanquish demons :-)

But wow...20 years!

Status September 2017:

First of all, advanced happy birthday to Guest! Thank you for being not only patient but eagerly waiting for the next chapter :-) And letting me know how much you're eagerly anticipating the next chapter :-D

I really can't say if I would be finished with the next chapter by your birthday. Or even mine which is after yours :-) I've never been a fan of deadlines when it came to fanfics.

One, there are already a million deadlines at work, school, college, bills, etc. fanfics is a way to escape the stress and pressure of deadlines real-life happily dumps on us. And two, when I actually tried finishing chapter two of 'Death in Absentia' on a deadline, yelling at myself "it's been two freakin years! Just post whatever you wrote already! Something is better than nothing anyway!" Unfortunately, that 'something' which came out...if a demon threw a fireball and vanquished the haphazardly put together Chapter 2 before anyone got a chance to read it, I actually would be shedding happy tears.

But since it has been four and a half years? 0.o Of tweaking, rewriting and re-re-re-rewriting, I would definitely scream in anguish and go into a catatonic state if chapter 2 was vanquished before anyone got a chance to read it.

And as tempted I am to listen and obey the part of me which is constantly yelling: "it's been four and a half freakin years! Just post whatever you wrote already! Something is better than nothing anyway!" I'm ignoring it this time because there are still some important scenes giving me a tough time but once I tackle them, 'something' would transform into 'something awesome'.

Just waiting for things to click together.

Or maybe ...snap together? Ideas hitting me resemble a BOOM. And a snapping of fingers. Sometimes both together ;-)

Okay that's enough of a spoiler. No more shooting spoilers. Seriously. I'm sealing my lips now.
