Hello, everyone! You can call me Elodie. I'm just your regular Plain Jane American girl with a passion for stories and a dream to one day write one. Fanfiction writing is a hobby I use to help build writing skills. I love symbolism and irony, and I also love taking old things and putting new spins on them. I believe cliches are nice if well placed. I like to read and write adventure, fantasy, sci-fi and YA drama. One thing you won't see in my writing is smut, lemons, or any kind of vulgar or mature content, because I just don't like writing or reading that kind of thing.

What I've Written:

Duel Academy Prom
This is the first piece of fanfiction I ever wrote ever. It's for YuGiOh! 5Ds, a fandom that I used to be in but have since grown out of, though it is still rather dear to my heart. I don't write fanfiction for it anymore, but I still get some likes on my old stuff. This one was based on the YuAki ship, or Yusei X Akiza, where those two along with some of my other ships attend the Duel Academy Prom (who would've guessed!)

The Crow and the Dove
Second thing I ever wrote fanfiction-wise. It's the story of my O.C. Elodie Kumari, who I ship with Crow Hogan and a little bit with Kalin Kessler, because both of them are bosses. Anyway, this is the story of how she met the characters and stuff. Currently rewriting.

Jack's Christmas Carol
A Christmas story for 5Ds, crossed over with A Christmas Carol, making Jack Atlas the Scrooge visited by the ghosts of Christmases past, present, and future.

Hey Lucy, I Remember Your Name
My first Fairy Tail fanfic based of the song Lucy by Skillet. Basically my take on the whole NaLu what-if-Lucy-died scenario, pretty cliche but I enjoyed writing it :)

Things Left Unsaid
Also Fairy Tail, though this one is for GaLe, based on the song Things Left Unsaid by Disciple. What-if-Levy-died scenario, similar to Hey Lucy, but... no they're pretty much similar, just different people. I really enjoyed this one, too :)

The Room of Requirement
My first one-shot EVER. Really, it seems like everytime I try and write a one-shot (take the previous two FT stories for example) it turns into a multichap. Anyway, this is a crossover between Free! Iwatobi Swim Club and my home fandom Harry Potter, in which Haru is having trouble coping with school because he has no place to swim. Got the idea from Starkid, actually, and their song lyrics in Gotta Get Back to Hogwarts: "Did you know that here at hogwarts, we've got a hidden swimming pool?" After all this time? Always.

Where Justice, Love and Mercy Meet
MANGA SPOILER ALERT!!! My second successful attempt at a one-shot. Based on an Easter talk given by one of my favorite speakers in my church, Jeffery R. Holland. The story has the same title as the talk, and in that talk, Elder Holland tells the story of two brothers who make a dangerous climb, and of course I thought of the Dragneel brothers. I wrote this because I think Zeref needs this kind of thing, and I really want Natsu to be able to save his brother. So I wrote a story about it to commemorate them as well as Easter. This does talk about God and Christ and it has a very religious message to it, so if that offends you, then you are at liberty to not read this story. I didn't write it with the intent of offending or causing conflict, or to shove my religion down anyone's throat. I wrote it to express myself and what is important to me, and I wanted to share it with you. So please be respectful even if you don't agree.

Once Upon a Time
My biggest and longest Fairy Tail fanfic so far! Takes place after the GMG and Dragon Apocalypse, but before all the crap that went down with Tartaros. It's basically a story for all my favorite ships to blossom and flourish. When Levy accidentally brings a cursed book back to Fairy Tail, people in the guild start disappearing and their love interests are called to rescue them! A bit of a crossover between Fairy Tail and a bunch of classic fairy tales. Like I said before, a cliche idea with what I hope is a unique twist on it. I've gotten lots of great feedback on this story so far, so I hope you'll check it out!
