ANNOUNCEMENTS!

I have not updated any of my stories quite a while, and it's mainly because my writing style has changed greatly over the past few years, as well as my tastes in film, literature, and television. I like different things now than I did when I first started writing, but out of a profound sense of laziness, I have not yet taken up the task of editing all my stories to fit those changes. So. I apologize for that. Whenever I do gather up enough willpower to read through and rewrite all the stories, I will let anyone subscribing to them know. Keep a weather eye on the horizon.

I was previously known as Ophelia V. Santori on this site, but no longer. I didn't like that name, I chose it when I was like 12.

Concerning Me

Salutations. I'm not going to beat around the bush, here--I like things. I like things a lot. I have a deep and abiding passion for film, television, literature, and theatre, and it is my ultimate goal to the conquer the world in the name of these things and all that is nerdy and good.

I'm an avid lover of Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, Doctor Who, Supernatural, Sherlock, Marvel/MCU films, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, Prometheus, Dracula/Dracula Untold/Universal Monsters Cinematic Universe, Firefly, Star Wars, The Picture of Dorian Gray, Good Omens, Orange Is The New Black, Orphan Black, Vampire Chronicles, Star Trek, Hannibal, the works of Shakespeare, great film in general, great television in general. However, I really only tend to write in the universes I have in bold.

My most active ships are Phantine (Phantom/Erik X Christine Daae, Phantom of the Opera), BlackFrost (Loki x Natasha Romanoff, Marvel/MCU), Dracula x Mina (multiple verses), Daenerys x Jaime (Game of Thrones), and Shavid (David 8 x Elizabeth Shaw, Prometheus).

I have so many brotps, too many to name here. But I will probably write some fics concerning these brotps, so. Watch out.

This point is where I'm going to actively avoid listing all my favorite films and TV shows and books and writers and actors in order because it would get really ridiculous after hitting the Top 150 mark.

Forevermore Part I

This was written when I still liked the 2004 film of Phantom of the Opera, which I really do not at all anymore, and my inspiration for it is completely dead. I have deleted this story, and I sincerely apologize to anyone who was reading it.

Behind the Monster

Again, this was written way back when I was obsessed with the 2004 Phantom movie (which I now, to be perfectly honest, despise) and the 2009 Sherlock Holmes film (fun, but I now much prefer Sherlock), so I'm going to have to revise it to fit those things. I will probably edit the characterizations to fit the Phantom of the Opera 25th Anniversary Concert at the Royal Albert Hall and Sherlock. I apologize to anyone who was reading it for the love of the other adaptations, but I cannot write something which I feel no inspiration from. I deleted it, but I have done so simply to make room for the edited version--when that will be posted, I do not know.

At Last

Just a quick, kind of fluffy one-shot that I wrote in like five minutes in a fit of shipper angst after listening to the Love Never Dies Original Cast Recording and watching Phantom 25th. I apologize for any errors or writing flaws, I think it's kind of cute and not majorly flawed so I'll just leave it there, though I may edit it a bit.

Love Living On

These are just some one-shots I started writing, sort of spur of the moment, one day. As flawed as Love Never Dies was, I found the concept of The Phantom building a world for the freaks kind of interesting, and I saw an opportunity to look into that world of freedom and bizarre glory that existed in that time, which I find fascinating. It also gave me an opportunity to try and characterize Gustave more, because I think he should be. And I mean, it's always fun to explore Erik, the crazy bastard. Although I think I wrote him a bit domestic and gentle here, which, I mean, he was in LND, but I'd like to make him a bit darker. After all, the love of his life just died. So we'll see how that goes when I edit it.
