« every day life »

A small girl with curly, dark brown hair and black glasses sits at her desk. Her chin is resting in her palm and she's deep in thought, looking as if she could be contemplating life, humans and their behaviors in public society, or perhaps the universe at large.

. . . In reality, she's really just thinking about her otp and how they constantly break her heart. Tears quickly well up in her eyes and she spontaneously bursts into tears, filled with the manic emotions that come with being emotionally invested in fictional works.

As sobs rack her body, a small part of her mind wonders if it's okay to feel like this or if it's actually rather silly.

After some half-hour of loud wailing into large couch cushions stolen from the living room, the girl is reduced to a bit of shakiness and sniffling, along with the occasional hiccup. A large wad of tissues later and the girl migrates back to her desk and computer ( she somehow ended up on her bed with the couch cushion ) and opens her music player of choice.

Outside the walls of her room, her parents cringe when K-Pop is blasted.

They look at each other when they hear unruly, excited singing.
