Author has written 17 stories for Superman, and Star Trek: 2009. "Since my customary farewell would appear oddly self-serving, I shall simply say 'Good luck'." --Spock R.I.P. Mr. Nimoy (1931-2015) Author's Note as of 4/7/18: I haven't written/posted in awhile, and that's because my muse has been extremely fickle. Everything I've written in the interim has been crap. However, I've recently had a breakthrough and am working on updating my ST stories...hopefully that means I'll be posting again soon. Whatever the case may be I hope you don't give up on me because I certainly haven't given up on . Thanks so much for enjoying my current stories and I hope to update for you soon! About Me: I'm a young woman from the Boston, Massachusetts area who found this site awhile ago through a link on . I really enjoyed the stories I read but it wasn't until I finally had an idea for a story of my own that I decided to join. I'm a TV and movie buff with a current obsession with all things Superman and Star Trek:2009. Other than that I hope you enjoy my work and keep coming back for more as I intend to post as often as the muses allow. Also, I want and appreciate all constructive criticism, just be sure and be kind about it. Being mean never got anybody anywhere. Thanks =D The chronological order of my Star Trek stories is as follows: "Broken Orbit" "S'chn T'gai Family Drabbles" "The Stars Above Us Govern Our Conditions" "Forging Her Own Path" (a) "Being Se'tak" (a) "Rising Son" (a) "Exigency" (b) "Tribute" "Undoing" (c)(a) The kids' stories follow them individually with occasional overlap that is noted in the respective chapters. (b) "Exigency" begins after the events in Chapter 34 of "Rising Son". "Tribute" takes place after "Exigency" and is left incomplete for the time being. (c) "Undoing" follows the events of Chapter 46 of "Being Se'tak". If you've got any questions PM me. Regarding "S'chn T'gai Family Drabbles" chapters 13 and 14: In case anyone saw my author's note and was wondering about the origin of these chapters...well. In the summer of 2011 I very nearly lost my maternal grandmother, who I'd lived with all my life. It all happened very quickly--one minute she was fine, the next she wasn't--and she spent about a month in the hospital and another month in rehab before being released back home with us where she belonged. Meanwhile my paternal grandmother's health also started to decline. The T'Pau chapters came about as a result of that tumultuous time and as sad as they were to write they were also very cathartic. I hope you understand. About Some of the ST Icons: The icons of the young S'chn T'gai kids were all done by Linstock. She took the project on all on her own and did a great job = D To see the larger version of the icons and to check out her other Spock/Uhura work go to Deviantart DOT com and type in Linstock. The icons of the kids as adults were done by KatiaSwift. We worked together on the project--and by we I mean 95% her because I can't photo manip to save my life (although I did have some input on what pictures to use). They also came out really well and I'm very excited to debut them. To check out more of her work also go to Deviantart DOT com and type in KatiaSwift. Thanks again, ladies, for helping bring my characters to life! I love everything you've done! |
