Reviews for What We Think We Know
Xianne chapter 8 . 6/18/2019
I don't review often but I do what to say this is my fourth time reading through your Star Trek stories and I just all of them! You are such an amazing writer that I feel like I'm there. I wish this was a real book, I always worry that one day I'll come to this site and the stories will be gone. Thank you so much for taking the time to write these stories!
Beyondtoday chapter 7 . 3/3/2019
Great chapter, no problems from my side.
Rachel Smith Cobleigh chapter 15 . 6/2/2018
A great example of finely-tuned UST. :) I have really enjoyed your depiction of life on Vulcan. The characters are richly realized. And I enjoyed seeing all the ways the characters came to the wrong conclusions repeatedly. Nice job showing how telepathy doesn’t necessarily make communication easier—it’s just more data to work with, and as easily misinterpreted through a personal filter as any non-telepathic data can be.
Rachel Smith Cobleigh chapter 9 . 6/1/2018
This chapter is heartbreaking and exquisite.
Uhura the 9th chapter 15 . 11/22/2017
Wow! Wow! I really enjoyed you style of writing, it kept me interested and locked in. You write excellent details and expressions of Spock's feelings from past to present. Boy, I was really peeved with T'Pring, her character and the way you wrote was intriguing. I'm saving this one as one of my favs.
Guest chapter 15 . 6/28/2017
I really enjoyed reading this story! The prose was just fantastic! I'm gushing I know but I really enjoyed it.

I really enjoyed reading the same moments from each of their perspectives. In fact that is my favorite style seeing the same moment through different characters eyes. I've tried writing stories that way but haven't been successful yet.

I love it when a story comes alive and makes me feel invested in the characters. I laughed (Spock might not enjoy Professor Artura comments but I do!), I cried (When Spock & Sybok went camping... Oh I cried a river), I cringed (when Nyota assumed the book was for her...). All in all I just really enjoyed reading this!

Though I will admit to being annoyed that they didn't finally get together in the end. But luckily you have more S/U stories!

Keep writing! :)

lol chapter 15 . 8/31/2016
Oh I was also hoping for a resolution! :( :D But all the same, I enjoyed this story very much, good character portrayal, not cheesy at all and - most importantly- down-to-earth! Thanks for sharing this tale and I'm certainly going to read all of your others stories, your writing style is amazing!
Lightz1 chapter 15 . 8/29/2016
Wonderful story from the beginning to the end and...you are right. If you hadn't noted that the resolution to this story is in a series of 3 stories...I probably would have left you a "pitchfork" review. ;-)
Lightz1 chapter 14 . 8/29/2016
Beautiful story. Love the "sometimes we have to let go of something to calculate its value" line.
Lightz1 chapter 13 . 8/29/2016
Loved this chapter and the relationship between spock and his cousin, Chris.
Lightz1 chapter 12 . 8/29/2016
Really liked the end of this chapter where Spock acknowledges the human side of him and his connection to Nyota.
Lightz1 chapter 11 . 8/29/2016
