I've been a fanfiction author for years, and I've had a personal webpage for that same time.

You may have seen some of my earlier stories, and if you have you will notice that those that get posted here have gone through a fair amount of revamping.

ARRGGHHH

a lot of people use word, or write or the open office equivalent for their writing of stories, and I honestly honestly have to say this.

Grammar check is GOOD
Spellcheck is WONDERFUL

racking (which is to put something on a rack) has no relation to wracking (wracking pain, feeling like you are being beaten to death or something similar)
reeking (awful smell) has no relation to wreaking (wreaking havoc, causing large amounts of damage)

one or two letter differences make a huge impact in what you are saying.

Now, thankfully, most people do use those wonderful tools for editing, but a lot of people don't.

I weep for the written word.

Currently working on two story-paths that my muse is hammering at me. A Grim and His Boy, and another one that won't be published on the fly as it is a bit more complicated. I haven't abandoned my stories, but they have been mothballed. might have to rewrite chapter 1/4 some for BD and BD:PC. BD:RH (red haze) and BD:BL (Brown Love) are both shelved and/or abandoned until BD itself is moving again.

A Grim and His Boy chapter 1 is currently on Hiatus until I can find my funny muse again. She disappeared years ago and apparently is playing hide and seek with me. She can go invisible. I can't see invisible. You see the problem right?

Eternal Darkness and Innocent Minds, written up to chapter 4, about ready to drop into real-time rather than skip-time. chapter 5 plotted. - might not even be released on fanfiction.net due to the adult content

Monopoly of Life, Chapter 10 is in progress, going a bit slow right now -- just a note, all omakes are canon in this story unless specifically stated not so.

Everyone has preferred 'ships. for a long time, I shipped Rakane. (Ranma Akane, for those who don't know the show Ranma 1/2) Now, I'm a bit more varied. Ranpu, Lunar Harmony. And the latest mix to the bag: Skittletale. For the last one, you'll need to read the original series: Worm. Seriously, go read it. It's awesome.
