ϟ My current thoughts on writing ϟ

I am extremely critical of my own writing. I often hate my writing as soon as I begin writing so my perfectionism often hinders my attempts to write. I've been trying to write more but nothing has flowed lately. In English, we moved onto a new unit and I have realized it is a very important part of my writing that I need to work on. I wish I had more time to write but my inspiration comes in short bursts (11pm on a school night woo!) and my time to write is almost nonexistent between school (I'm taking an extra, online class this semester), soccer, and everything else associated with being a teenager.

In the past, I have attempted to write longer, multi-chapter stories but I simply couldn't finish it. I will probably stick to oneshots for now but by no means am I writing on a daily basis. At this point in my life I really want to work on developing my writing and the quality of it because my goal is to write a novel, one day.

1. I'm ridiculously excited for Christmas and all the holiday spirit. I was watching Elf and listening to Christmas carols in October.
2. Only a few days into November, and it has already snowed where I live.
3. My hair is so thick and most of the time I look like a lion.
