I’ve read this fic before and loved it. The other day my mother and I was discussing David Beckham and we laughed about ‘Bend it Like Beckham’. Suddenly, the name of this fic popped into my head and I immediately got on my computer. It continues to be as fantastic and empowering as the first, and second, and third times I’ve read BILW. I thank the author for a job very much well done.

That was absolutely incredible! I couldnt review each chapter as i couldnt stop reading long enough to write.
Loved this and its been on my to read list for eons! What was i thinking not reading sooner. Characters were balanced and believable. Blaise Hermoine Pansy all fun sassy serious suave etc etc Ginny and Draco just fitted together like a puzzle. Story flowed beautifully. Laugh out loud moments. A few tears. Holding breath. It had it all. One of my all time favs and im picky! Its been yearas since you wrote this...hope you still read reviews so you know your skill at writing is still being appreciated. This was magic! This story was brilliant. It took me a while to get past the things that were obviously AU, but I enjoyed it so much. Every time I read something like this, I desperately wish that JKR had allowed some Slytherins to overcome their issues and join the others. I loved Draco, but I do wish we had seen him wrestle with his blood purity beliefs a bit. Loved Blaise and clueless Hermione. Would really enjoy reading the story from that perspective. I loved how fiercely Blaise cared for Draco. Well done.
