I used to get really mad when authors would drop off the face of the earth for so long that people wondered if they'd ever do anything useful again. Sadly I now find myself to be one of these people. So I understand now how life can get in the way of doing something rewarding and fun. Since I haven't even looked around here for so long, whatever stories I have are very out of date and some are just painful to try to read. I advise people to remember the warning and be prepared for writing that was from a teenage fangirl mind.

I've seen some really intelligent users who put cool things like quotes, advice, summaries of their stories and so forth on their profiles. I however am not that creative.

I probably should have mentioned this before, but 'Numbing Cold' is a true story that happened to a relative of mine when she was engaged and was only written as a way for me to cope with that difficult time. If it doesn't make sense and seems depressing that's likely why.
